Walked into the property. Not cleaned. Trash in bins. Dirty bedsheets. Dirty towels on flower. Place was disgusting. Then customer service was horrible. Found roaches on multiple nights all over the property. Water took 20 minutes to become warm. Not even hot. Water was so soft your hands felt slimy when you washed them and body was slimy after every shower. I will never stay here again. Did not even offer anything to makeup for sending me to a dirty unclean room. This is a pandemic and the persons bloody tissues were still in the trash. Horrible experience all around. Incredibly disappointed. Did not even offer to make up for their mistakes. Said "deal with it". Would not even cancel my stay when i tried to change hotels. ZERO RATING.
