The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It's situated just across from the Bus Terminal. Accommodations were excellent and there's lots of dining options within walking distance.

habitacion agradable. por mejorar un poco el estado del baño, ya que el de la habitacion que usé necesita mantenimiento. Se debe tambien mantener un mejor stock de elementos de cocina.

The layout of the room was just amazing. The kitchen area left some things to be desired but the refrigerator was awesome. The sink too small with only cold water and low water pressure. What a fantastic room! I wish they had put the wall mounted TV in the living room. Hey, at least they have two rooms and the king size bed! Rare in Colombia! The shower pipe was zip tied to the wall, they never replaced the light bulbs, the bidet did not work, and the water in the bathroom sink was difficult to operate because it was not properly mounted. I would absolutely stay here again! The staff made the difference! Delightful people!

Excellent service staff, very friendly !!!. Great breakfast every day. Hope that they can invest on a gym for my next stay. Night service staff (( forgot her name )) but she was adorable and always smilling and very helpful.

The hotel was basically very good. The room was ok, bathroom nice and wifi worked very well in room 203. Also air conditioning was very good and quiet. However the most super thing was the hotel staff which was more than helpful with anything I needed. My phone was stolen in a bar and the hotel staff helped me a lot with that issue. The breakfast was quite basic but in Colombian scale good and tasty and the view from breakfast room is amazing. The only clear negative thing is no soundproof at allmin the rooms. Everything can be heard from the next room as well as outside. There is no way I could have slept without earplugs. I still would definately stay again as long as I bring the earplugs.

The building is leaking I had several leaks in the room and while it was raining you could see water entering, I left early because my asthma was starting up, pretty sure due to mold.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

All the staff are extremely kind and polite. The rooms are big and comfortable and they keep everything super clean. Concierge on site 24/7 and the inclusive breakfast is delish and very complete. I will definitely be back!!!
