ダッカでホテルがたくさんあるモティジールエリア、価格帯はどこも大差ないなかで、評価が高かったので宿泊。 まず、ドアマンがとても親切で気が利くことに好感が持てた。 部屋もきれいに清掃されているが、決して新しくはないため、風呂場のカビなどの経年劣化はどうしてもある。 それでも、座れるトイレ、暖かいお湯が溜められるバスタブがあり、大変心地よく過ごせました！ アメニティも充実していましたが、髭剃りがなかったです。 朝食は、ラマダン月ということもあってか、他の方の写真で見たようなプリンやたくさんのメニューはなく、少し寂しかったですが、辛いものが食べられない外国人や子供も少しは食べられるメニューがありました。 隣が政治関係のビルなのと、近くにモスクがあるため、まわりは人が多いです。 建物は見つけやすかったです！

This hotel is in good condition. Amenities are good, located in prime location. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. Foods are delicious. But the surrounding sound polution is a big disturbance. One of the political party office is very near by and always loud miking is very painful to stay in the room. Also, I was very wondering and surprised me not to allow any female guest in the room. Other than that it's a good place to stay.

Quiet, many empty rooms

I have probably never had better value for money. Friendly, helpful and well dressed staff. Newspaper slid under the door every morning. Better than expected breakfast. Sort of colonial style hotel only few kilometers away from the sights of old Dhaka. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

It’s midrange and well positioned for the river and old Dhaka. The staff are lovely and helpful. Good breakfast, mega cheap and great laundry. The walls in my room could do with a paint. Absolutely fine.

A decent no frills hotel. Room was perfectly adequate with comfortable bed and ok shower, the wifi was good. No coffee making in room but the staff found me an electric kettle, mug and spoon. Local shop a few meters along the road had range of water/soft drinks and coffee/milk powder/sugar. Good front desk lock-up service for valuables at no extra charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on VIP Road, a dual carriageway that carries a lot of traffic so outside can be very noisy and polluted from the traffic. My room 501 faced in onto a courtyard so was protected from most of the road noise. It is in old Dhaka so you should not expect to find good pavements and easy to navigate road junctions however because the traffic mostly moves slowly it is not too difficult crossing junctions. A good hotel if you are on business or visiting a government department. During my stay the area was subject to local politics and heavy policing so was not as good overall as I would have hoped but still acceptable.

I stayed at Hotel Victory for a couple days, and found it pretty decent for the price, though nothing especially amazing. The public areas are nicely appointed, but the halls with the rooms, and the rooms themselves, are quite plain. The traffic noise was ok but not especially quieted by the windows, and that may have been only because I was in a back room, not facing the main street which would probably be louder. Breakfast was decent but I wish the hours for it ran a little later. Overall, there's nothing specific to complain about, the place is pretty solid and not expensive. But you won't be impressed or anything either.

They will treat you like a king or queen at Victory! Staff is super nice and attentive. The hotel is centrally located and has a great restaurant with delicious buffets. They can also arrange airport drop off and pick up

It was very convenient to be so central and the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful.

It was terrible as I was asked to pay for WiFi when the website says that it is free and I was asked to pay for dropoff to the airport when the website says its free, I for stockin the bathroom and was not able to open the door as the handle broke, there was not way to communicate with anyone even though there was a phone in the tiolet but no one answer, got stuck in the bathroom for 45 min, it was very scary.

Fantastic location for me, perfect! Near the stadium and universities!

特に高評価ではありませんが、泊まって困るところのないいいホテルです。 バックパッカー的には、十分高級です。

2015年の年末、1泊だけしました。道路を往来する人や車などのすさまじいダッカの中心街に近く、メイン道路のひとつに位置していることから、騒音がひどいことは否めません。ただし市内に散らばる観光名所や駅などには頑張れば徒歩で辿り着けない距離ではありませんし、ロケーションはまずまずと言えるでしょう。建物自体の古さは否めませんが、この価格帯での中級ホテルとしては文句はつけられないように思います（朝食も込みの価格ですし）。また私の滞在時にはフロントに英語を流暢に話す方がおり、こちらの質問にも適切に応答してくれました。ホテルマンとしてのプロ意識がきちんとあるようで、バクシーシを要求するようなそぶりもまったくありませんでした。出発日は夜にダッカを離れたのですが、夕方まで無料で荷物を預かってくれました（きちんと「預かり証」も発行してくれて、安心でした）。 なお他の方の投稿には「空港からホテルまでの送迎は無料（逆にホテルから空港までは有料）」とありましたので、別途メールでこのサービスを申し込んでみましたが、その返事によれば、無料サービスは3泊以上される人に限る（有料〔確か1500タカ）なら受け付ける）、というものでした。申し込みの前から「この宿泊費で片道とはいえこの無料サービスは破格すぎる」と思っていましたのである意味この返事には納得、特にそれ以上私は追求はしませんでしたが、ホテルのHPにはその類いの記述はありません。ですので、この点は交渉してみる価値はあるかもしれません。
