A marvellous experience. Best hotel I have ever stayed in and I stayed in a number during my working life. Everything is beautiful and exceeds expectations. The hotel staff are outstanding - without exception. We had booked a panorama room, but were upgraded to an executive suite with amazing views of the Sea of Marmara. It was a very large and well appointed suite. While check-in is at 3.00pm we had access to the suite immediately after we arrived at around 9.30am. You could not have asked for better. The hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes from the main Istanbul areas in what appears an affluent area. There is a marina close by, but you can’t access it by walking along the waterfront as there are residential apartments. But quick access by taxi I would think, although we had meals in the hotel. Finally the rates are good value given the level of facilities and service.

I had a great time the staffs were so professional and friendly. They ensure we were comfortable and answered every questions we had. We had to check out at 2am and they had a breakfast box ready for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Las personas en recepción fueron excepcionalmente amables, nos dieron hasta las 4:00pm para realizar el check out, además un upgrade sin costo adicional. Sin duda volveremos, el buffet en el desayuno es riquisimo

My stay was impeccable. The hotel was so much more than I expected. From check in until checkout every person we met went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. My room was perfect! Modern, clean, big with a sea view. The most important thing for me at any hotel is cleanliness. This hotel deserves a 10 for that. When returning to Istanbul. I will definitely stay here again.

Top notch hotel. I cannot say too much more because was only there a short time for a layover in IST. I thought it was 15 min from airport but it was a 2 hr drive because of traffic. Way back was 45min.

Sensacional!!! Superou todas as minhas expectativas! O quarto é perfeito, assim como todo o hotel e sua equipe! A tarde eles oferecem um almoço com muitas opções e sem custo. Pertinho tem tb um Shopping.

Check-in sırasında resepsiyon görevlisi hanımefendi çok yardımcı olup hızlı bir şekilde oda kartımı teslim etti ve oteli sevdirmemi sağladı. Odadaki klima çok gürültülü çalışıyordu ve uykuya dalmamı bayağı geciktirdi
