Location good for public transport. Bit of a walk otherwise. Property needed a little bit of maintenance to be done. Items like tea, sugar, salt & proper would have been appreciated. Property for 5 did not have enough hot water or shower soap & toilet rolls.

No es un hotel! Son apartamentos. El check in es totalmente on line y no hay recepción. Te cobran como un hotel y no tenes servicios, si pides con desayuno, tienes que irte a un bar a 5 minutos caminando de los apartamentos. En nuestro caso, llevamos mascota y te cobran 22€ por día, sin justificativo alguno, cuándo en otros sitios te cobran 10€ o 15€, o una tarifa por estadía y no por noche. En nuestro apartamento, la ventana de la terraza no trababa y casi no habia separación con el edificio vecino y cualquiera podía entrar. Habia mucho olor en el baño y por todo el edificio, como si las cañerias estuviesen tapadas, y por momentos se tornaba insoportable.

Departamento bien equipado y recepción atenta, pero hubo un constante olor a drenaje. Además, se nos fue la luz y se tardaron mucho en atender el problema, por lo que nos quedamos atorados afuera sin poder entrar.

Das Zimmer war sauber, leider etwas hellhörig (dafür gab es im Willkommenspaket ausser Kaffekapseln und Chips auch Gehörschutz, leider war auch die Matratze durch gelegen. Im Badezimmer roch es nach einem Tag nach Kanal. Wenn ich das Frühstück von dem externen Kaffeehaus mit bewerten müsste würde die Bewertung noch schlechter ausfallen, es gab Toast mit Tomaten, Kaffee und Orangensaft, von der Auswahl an Schinken, Käse oder Tunfisch war keine rede.

Noise from the bathroom room fan driven me nuts… shower head broken and not enough hot water for two people, had to finish my shower cold :(

Easy check in process and was very responsive by text message. But the AC was not strong and the shower was a little dirty.

Están Ia de 4 noches,apartamento 6,colchón incómodo y más grande que el canapé,canapé tablillas rotas ,ruido,la ducha la manguera se escapa agua por todos lados,regalo bienvenida 2 cápsulas café,papel higiénico escaso,ni limpian,ni cambian ropa,y check in ,estate atento porque se les olvida mandartelo también se les olvido kit de fregar platos

The property have nothing as a basic for two nights stay including toilet paper No salt No sugar No coffee No tea No ice in the fridge and very small fridge No oven No paper towel No dishwasher No drain tray for washed dishes Not enough dishwasher detergent The elevator was not working in check out and we had to carry our luggage from the second floor

Reception solamente on-line e servizio insufficiente, pulizia solo a pagamento, cambio asciugamani inesistente. Stanza molto rumorosa e non insonorizzata per via degli ospiti sovrastanti con spostamenti di mobili fino a mezzanotte e più!!!

We stayed one night. Place is nice and clean but at the time of check out we left a carry on and a charger behind. Desire,one of the staff members, kindly kept those items aside and arranged it for us to pick them up! It was such a great surprise. We thank her and management of this hotel for such a great servce
