Very convenient location. Easy to walk to everything. Spacious and beautiful rooms. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Everyone at the Hotel is very kind and eager to help. From Mr Tibor grewting you at the door, Mrs Amina at the front desk, Daniel at concierge! every reccomendarion is on point. the Team at Spago is wonderful The Chef, Panna and Vanda made the experience a wonderful one.My family decided to have dinner there 3 times during our trip

Quiet, peaceful sleep. Beautiful room with amazing facilities. Wonderful staff who cannot be more friendly and helpful. Very good location for exploring Budapest. Highly recommended.

Remarkable staff. The concierge Daniel was remarkable. We had difficulty with our flight, leaving Budapest and had to return to the hotel and it was like seeing old friends again.

Stayed in the twin room if you have big bags and you want them out the room is gonna be not as spacious keep that in mind. Also the concierge times are very weird some days until 6 pm and some until 10 pm. So it was hard to book dinners on some days as I thought of them the day of. Other than that hotel is really nice.

Absolutely loved our stay at Matild Palace. From the turn down service to the gorgeous property with fun rooftop and great dining at Spago. We really loved this hotel. Also they kept our room extremely tidy and organized even when we unpacked in a frenzy and things got a little messy. Really appreciated the service and it’s very close to everything you’d want to see in Budapest!

First stay in Budapest. Exciting place to be just before Christmas. Everything pretty with lights, markets and excited people

This is one of the most unique and luxurious hotels I've ever been to. It is a must. It is at the most central location in Budapest, historic building amazing interior and exemplary staff.

Very good hotel

The hotel in wonderful but has one big problem, the chairs to eat in the restaurant, ITS NOT CONVENIENT AND YOU DO NOT ENJOY TO EAT. The hotel is super nice and good people
