Hôtel très propre. Chambre spacieuse et très bien entretenue. Personnel agréable et à l'écoute.

We have just returned from our first trip back to Tuscany in almost 20 years and what made it truly exceptional was our stay at Hotel Cosmos in Florence. Even before we'd arrived the lovely Amy had been such a joy to communicate with, offering so much useful information but also ensuring we had the most wonderful room for our stay. Check-in was swift and efficient and as mentioned our room was amazing. Large, with lots of space to store the cases, a great bathroom with an AMAZING shower and killer A/C. 🙂 The location of the hotel is excellent, only a 10–12-minute walk from the Central Train Station or a short 5-minute walk up to the tram stop, which takes you right up to Central Station. The Bus Station (great for trips to Siena) is afurther 3–4-minute walk out of the Train Station. In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cosmos, using it as a base to rediscover Florence, Siena & Lucca, before travelling home, via Pisa.  The staff are all excellent English speakers, and nothing is too much trouble, including providing additional hangers for our clothes and anything else you need. Finding this little gem of a hotel (how it's only a 3 star is beyond us, it's worth so much more) has definitely made us think of an immediate return to Florence in in Summer 2026. Vi var nöjda totalt sett. Hjälpsamma receptionister. Frukosten var väldigt begränsad dock så vi åt frukost ute. Centralt och bra läge med gångavstånd till det mesta.

Bien: el hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren y es fácil llegar caminando. El personal es super amable; te dan un mapa a tu llegada y recomendaciones de la ciudad. La habitación es pequeña pero cumplidora y el elevador es super útil. No tan bien: Aunque no está sucia, la habitación se sentía polvosa (nada del otro mundo). Nuestro cuarto tenía una ventana con manchas en el marco que no nos dieron confianza y las bolsas de té estaban vacías.

Staff was wonderful ! Very clean . Rooms difficult to move around with luggage- very small.

Our stay was great however, our bathroom sink was missing a drain stopper and the hotel staff was unable to provide one. Otherwise, the hotel at the staff were great.

Um hotel pequeno a 10 min de caminhada da estação de trens e também a 10 min do centro de Florença. Nas proximidades não encontramos muitas opções de restaurante. O quarto e o banheiro são pequenos, mas estão de acordo com o tipo do hotel. O Café da manhã é simples, mas pelo preço de $ 8 euros acho que esta OK. A recepção fica somente até as 20h30 e chegamos após este horário mas o acesso foi tranquilo e seguro.

The hotel was emaculate throughout, the staff were very polite and helpful.

We were given a spacious and very clean room in a recently renovated building. The bathroom was large, spotless, and well-designed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The only downside was the lack of a proper breakfast option, though it wasn’t expected or included. Aside from that, everything was excellent. This place definitely deserves a 5-star rating.

Close to train terminal, convenient, close to historic downtown and restaurants. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
