It was rite next to the live music an it was very small room an also tv wasnt working

Room was very tired. OK old pub room but wasn't what I was expecting from the ad.

Reception staff very helpful prior to stay. Room itself was poor - the bed was broken and mattress was skewed with one corner @ 15cm lower than the other

My room was tidy but the floor was not vacuumed. Amenities, staff and food were nice.

When I checked in, didn't tell them the access time and password, so I couldn't get into the hotel on the first night. too terrible

I enjoyed staying above the pub in the heritage hotel. Staff were friendly and a friendly atmosphere in the pub. Dinners were good too!

The carpet was.not vaccumed properly. It stated on the web page rooms serviced daily but that didn't happen. Some of the tapware in the toilets/ shower areas loose and not working properly.

There were a number of rooms requiring a shared bathroom, but the only female bathroom had only two toilets and one shower. There was also a restaurant at the end of the corridor. It is not known whether the bathroom also served customers of the restaurant.

Friendly and helpful staff. However, a bit more attention to room hygiene is appreciated. I hope the red stain on the bed throw blanket was just ketchup.

Close to town centre. People smoking on landing just outside my room last night was not good.

If you want well-located, clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation in Orange (for singles or couples), stay at The Metropolitan Hotel.

The beds were super comfortable much better than other hotels. The room was clean and tidy and not thread bare or tacky. I'll stay again
