We loved staying here. The rooms were great, the location and the area was really nice and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is walking distance to downtown and many other places. Our room was clean and comfortable for a 4 members family. People in sevice were friendly and polite.

The hotel was nice and in a good location if you want peace and quiet. The staff were very nice and hospitable. There were a few adjustments needed on the first night but nonetheless it was still a good stay overall. Would def recommend this property if you prefer to be away from the center at night to have peace.

The hotel was fine for the purpose of our trip, but the air conditioner was not working and they said it was under repair, no one came to check it for 4 days. I think the staff of this hotel saves our experience, they are good people who just follow the rules of their bosses but the hotel management has to solve things and problems at their level that affect their customers. They offer a good breakfast.

En general estuvo bien, buena atención, buen servicio. La habitación es lo que no fue tan bueno, no son amplias, no son para estadías largas ya que no espacio donde colgar tu ropa. algo más es que no cuenta con Aire acondicionado.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my experience. While I was getting ready in my room, the front desk guy opened my door without confirming if I was inside—super unsettling. The next morning, I was sleeping and they opened my door AGAIN! This has never happened to me before, and I travel often, so I was pretty shocked. I asked to speak with the manager, but no one assisted me with that. On top of that, the noise was unbearable—dogs barking non-stop, construction work (chapiando), and people passing by constantly. If you’re trying to sleep in or relax, this is not the place for you. The dog started barking at 6 am every day, making it impossible to get a peaceful rest. Sadly, I won’t be returning

Comfortable stay

El lugar es muy agradable y el jardín es hermoso, ideal para una estancia relajada. Está un poco alejada del centro (15 minutos caminando) lo cual proporciona tranquilidad. El desayuno sencillo pero delicioso. Muy recomendable lugar para pasar unas noches en La Antigua

Rooms was spacious,clean..I don't like room hadn't AC,I Sweating during the night,before the check out,they had to check the room before let you go..feels very uncountable,made me feel like I was stilling something..Didn't like that at all.. I'll not coming back..

The decor and architecture is beautiful.

Terrible experience due to constant noise. The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway all night long. There was also loud traffic noise that made it impossible to get any rest. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, avoid this hotel. Definitely not worth the price.
