Excellent property. Exactly as shown. We didn’t really need kitchen amenities, but appreciated the coffee and coffee maker. Beds were comfortable with a variety of pillow options (soft and firm). Location is INCREDIBLE if being central to Old Montreal is important to you. Parking was a bit stressful, but we thankfully found a spot. One note: this rental is literally right in the middle of night life and restaurant and shopping action. If having a quiet rental it’s important, this is not the right spot for you. I use ear plugs at night so for me, no big deal.

Top tier location! Not only did this home sit right on Rue Saint-Paul, but it was a perfect fit for our family. Check in communication was thorough and super easy. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds and linens were comfortable and crisp, with extra pillows and blankets as needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (even coffee!), but we didn’t get the opportunity to utilize any of it as we ate out all meals. Bathroom was large and very clean, with drawers in the vanity for your toiletries. It did get a little loud at night, especially on la Fête nationale du Québec, but this was Montreal’s day to celebrate and we loved experiencing it. Mainly the sound comes in from the front windows, opposite of the bedrooms, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. And the noise always died down well before midnight. Overall, a 5 star location. And priced very well!

The location was superb! We are a family of 4 and only had about 30 hours in Montréal and wanted to make the most of it without having to stay far from old town. The sites were super close and our kids had a lot of fun. We were in town for a concert and getting to and from the Bell Center was only a $12 Uber away. The check in was super easy and the space was reasonably clean. The space was modern and tidy. We had everything we needed aside from face cloths in the bathroom. There were a few cosmetic issues like pealing paint in the bathroom and a broken door hinge, and water marks but it didnt impact the overall stay. When I let management know about the door, they were very prompt in getting back to me. The only other thing that I found lacking was the bath products. The body wash and hand soap smelled like watered down dish soap. Having kids in the space was easy since there was enough room for them to spread out. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

This is a nice place in the heart of old Montreal but the music coming from outside until late hours was very annoying.

Facility was clean and fairly spacious. Some areas could use some touchpoints but area was great and access was seamless.

The apartment was nice, very clean. Check in (door codes) were accurate and easy to follow. Heating system was easy to operate and efficient.

This is an excellent property. It was clean and nice to have a small kitchenette and “living room” area in addition to the bedroom. It would be helpful to provide information regarding parking options when the room was reserved.

Great location! We loved being in the heart of Old Port amongst the historic architecture, steps from amazing dining, the pubs, the shopping and the marina. The loft was perfect for our group of six, though eight would have been great too with the sofa bed. The neighborhood food is so delicious, we didn't cook there, but appeared well appointed if you do. We loved the comfy beds, the hot showers, the soft towels and the charming view. The secure parking that was provided was so nice - just a one minute's walk away. Plus, there is short term parking at the front door for easy loading and unloading. The host was gracious in all communications, with prompt and clear instructions. Some things we didn't know from the pictures... Yes, there is a shower in both bathrooms. The elevator takes you to the loft's main floor door and the steps in the picture are just from that door down into the loft. One bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor along with the kitchen/laundry and dining/living areas shown. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are at the top of the spiral stairs and the elevator also goes to that floor for easy luggage unloading. We loved it. Enjoy!

Great apartment in an excellent location, at the edge of the Old Town. Sparkling clean with everything you need in the kitchen and to do your laundry. Highly recommended!

Great lil' 1 bedroom apartment in a very nice & convenient location in Old Montreal - Parking was close by. Nice to have the small kitchen too!

The Nomade was spacious and decorated modernly. We had all the amenities we needed! The only negative would be all the noise from when the great local eating and dining establishments close late at night.

Bright, modern vibe, spacious, comfortable furnishings, roomy shower. We loved being in the heart of lively Vieux Montréal and being able to walk to so many of the city’s attractions. The parking was a couple minutes walk from the appartment out on the pier. There is an elevator in the building, which we were grateful for, as our unit was on the 5th floor. (The loft bedroom was a bit warm, and you can hear some noise from nearby restaurants. But neither bothered us too much.)

The place was beautiful and the location was very central, close to all the shopping. Had a lovely time there.

This apartment was wonderful! We had lots of space to spread out. It is decorated beautifully. We all felt very safe and the building was quiet. It is on the corner of a busy street (street noise), but that added to being able to walk all over the area. Parking was easy. We are all looking forward to returning this summer.
