The best hotel we had during our stay in Lisbon. Jardim da Lapa was lovely and an oasis! The staff were really welcoming. The room was clean, ecofriendly and comfortable. The breakfast was above our expectations. We would comeback and stay longer!

Literie top ,personnel très attentif et disponible, transport en commun à 2 rues à peine sinon 1 demi heureàpieds, petit déjeuner très varié, parfois 1 peu de bruit d'avions. Nombreuses adresses assez proches pour prendre 1 verre ou manger.

Un séjour délicieux: le personnel à l'accueil est absolument parfait, quelle que soit l'heure de la journée. Hotel très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne (distance du centre faisable sans transport, tram à deux coins de rue). Plein de restaus et bars proches. Magnifique site. Piscine très agréable. Les avions sont un peu perturbants au départ mais les fenêtres isolent vraiment.

If looking for breakfast as a determining feature while booking, this is a must stay! What a selection and the attention to each guest was must appreciated. We didn't take full use of the pool or sauna however, it was clean and the area was looked after. The staff were attentive and helpful in booking transportation, restaurant reservations, and local sights & excursions. They also kept our luggage before our check-in time, at no charge in a safe and locked room, as well as after we checked out. I thought this was helpful, and much appreciated, as we didn't have to drag our luggage with us for the last day in the area. Thank you! The location was easy to find and centrally located to all the must see Lisbon sights with minimal noise. It was easy to get to the train/tram/bus stops which made using the local transportation stress free. I highly recommend this hotel! Wish we would have stayed longer as our other stays were not even close to this level of comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, and safety. We will be back!!

It’s a nice place for sure, with very attentive and helpful staff. I guess my gripes relate to the area it’s in, it’s a little away from bars and restaurants that you might choose to use

people helpful. Plane arrived early and had to wait for a room but, we're having breakfast and a place to stay on hotel. Room was nice bathroom clean staff wonderful.

Le calme, la chambre le personnel et particulièrement le petit déjeuner exceptionnel, peut de commerce autour et si le tramway 25E ne fonctionne pas plus difficile de se déplacer. Très bonne expérience.

É um hotel que só é acessível por carro, num local muito alto. Quarto próximo ao depósito, muito barulhento! Uma luz muito forte durante à noite. Não ficaria novamente!
