El servicio deja mucho que desear el aire acondicionado fatal en toda la noche no enfrio ni siquiera un poco el cuarto

This hotel is ok. You can’t expect too much at this category of hotel. It’s just across the street from the main Centro of Zihua, so the location is good. There aren’t a lot of extras though - it’s a budget hotel and that’s what you get. Clean enough, comfortable enough. A little worn. The fridge and 2-burner cooktop are helpful, with sink. (Didn’t use).

It's a very nice and comfortable cheaper option for any traveler. Hot water, WiFi, TV and AC.

SOLO REVISAR EL AGUA CALIENTE EN LAS HABITACIONES, PUES NO HAY RESPUESTA INMEDIATA Y SE GASTA MUCHA AGUA. SI HAY HORARIOS PARA UTILIZAR EL SERVICIO DE AGUA CALIENTE ES NECESARIO PRESISAR A LOS CLIENTES. BUSCAR UNA MEJOR UBICACION DE LA TV PUES SE VEN DISTORCIONADAS LAS IMAGENES DESDE LA CAMA. COLOCAR ALGUNAS SILLAS Y MESAS PLEGABLES PEQUEÑAS EN LA HABITACIÒN PARA OBTENER UN MEJOR CONFORT.EN LO GENERAL UN HOTEL BONITO,ACOGEDOR CON MUY BUENA UBICACIÒN Y COONFORTABLE!!! Very noisy neighborhood chickens, crowing and dogs barking most of the night easy walk into town and the owners are very nice and it was clean.

Clean room,sheets and cold air conditioner. 5 minute walk to everything, restaurants,shops,stores and Bay area.

It is a good place for a good sleep and rest...nothing fancy but it has everything that u need to be confortable.... Staff are really nice people... U can take the bus for all atractions around for 12 pesos and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel

Necesito una aclaración ya que me hicieron cobro doble del pago con tarjeta, la cobraron en la pagina y la cobraron en físico al llegar necesito si apoyo !!
