The property is very well located, just over 1 km from history's center of Lugo. It is a very pleasant walk.

I liked the hotel and its bar/restaurant. The room was really beautiful and very clean. Staff was helpfull. I give 5 stars when there are more facilities like a gym. But for the rest extremely nice and will make an extfa recommendation for the kitchen.

Excellent hotel close to Lugo centre

Alt fungerede perfekt på hotellet. Høj standard hele vejen rundt. International klasse som vi ikke forventede her i Nord Spanien. Morgenbuffet har alt. Anbefaler meget gerne dette hotel.

Todo muy bien y muy amables

Por motivos de trabajo me alojé en él. El Hotel cuida mucho todos los detalles y el personal es muy amable. La estancia fue excelente. La única pega la escasa variedad en el desayuno comparado con hoteles de su categoría.

Todo muy bien, solo una pega, las duchas de las habitaciones deberían tener una puerta o una mampara, ya que se sale el agua una vez te duchas a la habitación, por lo demás, excelente

Wow! The staff at this hotel exceeded all my expectations! I have traveled quite a lot in my 63 years both professionally and personally) but I can’t remember when I have been so well treated and helped! My wife and I were walking the Camino in Spain and why wife was struggling with shin splints. We decided we should take a day off from hiking to help her recover. Because of the language issues (I don’t speak Spanish) Emidio at the front desk helped me make all the necessary changes to our itinerary to allow us to stay an extra day. Whenever I came to him with an issue (unrelated to his hotel) he would simply say - “no problem” and help me until my issues was solved! Alejandro and Manuel at the bar were extremely friendly and accommodating as well. In fact, while at the hotel, I interacted with at least 6 hotel staff and they we all great! I don’t if this is unique to this just Mercure but I will definitely be more predisposed to look for Mercure option for future travels because of this experience!
