La ubicación es buena y tiene estacionamiento sin costo. Nos tocó una habitación que olía muy feo, como a caño, y el lavabo del baño estaba como estancado, se iba el agua muy despacio. No nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitación. Ni nos cambiaron las toallas ( claro que fuimos a la recepción por unas toallas) Éramos tres huéspedes y solo dejaban amenidades para dos, así que bajamos a recepción a pedir toallas. Le falta mucha limpieza a las habitaciones, o en especial la nuestra desde que entramos no estaba súper limpia, y bueno nunca la limpiaron mientras estuvimos ahí.

Very nice hotel. Staff members were helpful but not overly friendly. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of choices. Stayed two nights and room was not cleaned overnight after the first day. Key cards did not work and had to have reprogrammed. I accepted that the room was not cleaned, but had to go back to desk and get fresh linen. Staff member not to apologetic about condition of room. Hopefully this was a little glitch and not normal operating procedures.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. My husband left something and they found it and set it aside for us to pick up at our convenience.

I thought the restaurant staff was disorganized. Also, no one cleaned our room on Saturday. The check-in staff was friendly and efficient.

The hotel pool, whirlpool and fitness room were very nice. The breakfast was good.

Accommodations were fine, but housekeeping never showed. Only got one change of towels after I went searching for housekeeping.

For a one night stay due to having to travel to UVA three hours from home it was good, however the rooms don’t have any sound proofing to the point you can hear others urinating in their bathrooms from your bed. Staff was very friendly. Hotel and rooms very clean.

I really appreciated the front desk workers they were very helpful and accomodating.
