Good location and interior. Especially impressed with the shower with new and clean marble. Room equipped with items that is practical, useful and good quality. Not many hotels provide so many items anymore and most of them just put a notice to call house keeping if we need anything of which is discouraging guest to request due to the trouble. Only slacking is housekeeping which mainly only do up the bed and not cleaning the basin well or replaced item which was used.

This is a great hotel with very helpful staff gorgeous ,but a little small, rooftop pool and a delicious breakfast buffet if you are in Izmir this is the hotel to stay in and it is at a very reasonable price

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. A special thank you to Deniz and Cisem, who were always smiling, kind, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and made us feel valued throughout our stay. Their professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference. The service exceeded our expectations, and we always felt well taken care of. This has been one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had, and we would not hesitate to return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, cleanliness, and a memorable stay.

I can’t fault the hotel at all. The staff are all so genuinely lovely and make you feel extremely comfortable to be staying there. Breakfast is perfect, great options and tastes delicious. The room was really clean and the location of the hotel is very convenient. Would stay again without hesitation. Thank you to all the staff, I truly hope their employer looks after them.

Das Hotel ist super gewesen. Was wir aber bemängeln ist, dass an dem Wochenende, wo wir dort waren, es 2 Hochzeiten gab und der Rooftop Pool mittags schon wieder geschlossen wurde. Das war aber der Hauptgrund, wieso wir dieses Hotel gewählt haben. Gab nur die Alternative im Spa in den Pool zu gehen und dort muss man sich eine Kopfhaube kaufen um ins Wasser gehen zu können. Andere Alternative wurde nicht geboten. Wäre wenigstens gut gewesen, diese Info vor Buchung zu erhalten.

Near the seafront and beatutiful hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a room towards the street and the street was busiy and you could here som noice. But the room was magnificent. A lovely roof terrace but unfortanatly it closed at 6 pm.
