Excellent in every way

The service was wonderful!!!! Spa was great. Restaurant & service was super comfortable.

Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed out. Service was incredible. We got upgraded on our room. Parking was a little tricky as the lot was offsite, we paid 75EUR to valet instead.

I recently stayed at the Hotel de Len in Cortina, Italy, for three nights and couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warmth and attentive service. The hotel itself exudes modern elegance—each room is sleekly designed, beautifully combining comfort and style. Every detail seemed carefully thought out, creating an inviting and luxurious ambiance. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa area. After a day exploring the stunning surroundings, it provided the perfect escape—tranquil, rejuvenating, and wonderfully maintained. An hour there felt like an instant recharge. Overall, my experience at the Hotel de Len was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and relaxing retreat in Cortina. I can’t wait to return!

Great location, wonderful service and very clean and modern room. Breakfast is amazing, a la carte service included. Quite expensive for what you get, likely because there is less selection for this quality in Cortina. No air conditioning, which is unacceptable for a property this expensive and they promote that it has - required sleeping with the windows open and since the hotel is on a busy street this meant sleeping was terrible.

Great location in middle of town. traffic noise off main road with terrace door open. No air conditioning but was not too warm. Restaurant was very good and breakfast was excellent

Excellent and fast check in with answering questions at the same time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Spa was unforgettable with 3 sauna options, jacuzzi pool and view. Dining was Michelin star experience.

Love the friendly staff. We had wonderful wine tasting with Sera and the most delicious Apertivo . Breakfast is terrific . Only negative is one needs Aircon in bedrooms. Have been 3 times will be back .

We didnt choose a great time of year to come as the snow was running out but this hotel has to be the best in town. Rooms are great where the neighboring doors dont slam. Great spa, restaurant, and shuttles to the lift. The best part had to be the staff. Each of them were truly amazing.

Hotel de LEN is an amazing hotel. The staff is so friendly, the service is incredible, it is so clean. 10/10 recommend.

From the moment we arrived until our final departure, everyone at Hotel de Len went out of their way to welcome us and provide assistance and comfort. The level of customer service is exceptional—and the quality of food and experience is beautiful and somewhat rare these days. Truly a bespoke experience that is worth repeating!

Absolutely great location and the hotel is the nicest in the area. Surrounded by tons of restaurant and shopping and central to many big hikes. Would stay again.

Whilst it is a lovely hotel, I prefer a more traditional Italian hotel. This one seems to be trying too hard with over complicated food (dinner and breakfast) options. Whilst I had no complaints about the food (in fact, it was very good), I just found that it was a bit too fussy for my taste. The other issue was that the spa seemed to be impossible to book into - it seemed to be permanently unavailable. That said, a great location in the centre of Cortina.
