The hotel was nice overall. The customer service was excellent and they were extremely accommodating. We stayed in the biggest suite. You can tell they’ve made upgrades. It would be ideal if they would update drapery. It is older and has some stains on it. Also note, this hotel has a wonderful view of the pyramids and is in close proximity. With that in mind you will hear a lot of noise in the street from locals and big groups.

We really enjoy the clean, friendly and excellent staff service and the amazing beautiful view to the piramids. This hotel was an excellent choice for our full week stay in Giza. The front desk provided a friendly greeting and offered great Tours Services.

Vista sulle piramidi spettacolare. Purtroppo piccoli disservizi come prese elettriche non funzionanti e materasso sfondato che mi ha dato un terribile mal di schiena. Vicinissimo al sito archeologico.

Vista do terraço especial para as pirâmides. Atendentes na recepção foram ótimos e dando dicas. Quarto bem grande, colchão a desejar, banheiro modesto e ausência de isolamento acústico ao corredor.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit tollem Ausblick und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich!

Ça fait ka 3ieme fois. La vue sur ka terrasse est à couper le souffle. L'hôtel est très propre.la nourriture est très bonne . Le déjeuner est très de base mais on trouve toujours de quoi manger. Les chambres sont très simples mais très propres. Un point qui doit absolument être amélioré c'est le fait que l'ascenseur arrête fréquemment. Il fini toujours par redémarrer mais c'est très stressant. J'ai pris les escaliers plusieurs fois. Pour le secteur cet hôtel est très bien. Je vais sûrement y retourner. Je le recommande.

Great views and very friendly staff. Getting a taxi back to the hotel was a very poor experience but the hotel itself was really nice.

Pulizia ottima, personale gentile e premuroso. Avevamo la camera al terzo piano vedevamo bene una piramide, megkio la vista dal 5 piano. Cibo buono e una menzione all'autusta, bravissimo.

Posizione eccezionale e vista strepitosa. Valeva il viaggio solo per la vista dal rooftop. Il personale della reception gentile e disponibile.

Nous sommes restés une nuit et nous avons apprécié la vue sur les pyramides depuis le balcon de notre chambre. Nous avons également dîné au restaurant au roof top où la vue panoramique sur les pyramides et le sphynx était exceptionnelle.

Upon arrival, I decided to upgrade my room for a better view of the pyramids. The cost difference wasn't that much but the room was FABULOUS! I highly recommend booking room 506! Staff were very responsive, kind, helpful and I enjoyed speaking with every one I met. The breakfast buffet was quite lovely, enhanced by the view of the pyramids from the terrace.

In my 40 years of travel for business, conferences and pleasure this was the single worst check-in and stay I’ve experienced. My friend and I checked in from a late flight and were greeted by what I can only describe as the most chauvinistic, uncaring person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He refused to check us in citing local laws and customs unbeknown to me and totally nowhere on the webpage or Facebook. My friend was taken aback because I had tried to surprise her with a nice trip so she didn’t know anything until we arrived. I was so furious with this individual at how they treat American and Egyptians here that I literally collapsed and had to compose myself before actually paying for another room for her so we could get some sleep after our 20 hour travel from America. They threatened the police on us. I will advise everyone possible, stay away from this place/this area at all costs!! I will never return here, when I am in Egypt I will go to the ritz and pay before I risk my health and trip. This hotel single handedly ruined a long planned trip to the pyramids for me. It is not safe, it is average clean, there are no irons, the food is subpar. But worst than anything is the way reception treated us. If we have any further repercussions from this place I will hire a international lawyer and demand a high recompense.
