Cet hotel est situé dans un quartier tres calme et agréable avec quelques restaurants autour, proche d'une station de tram, le restaurant au dernier étage sert de bons plats, et la salle de sport et le sauna sont un gros plus !!

Near to the Airport, comfortable free lounge

Excellent location, very clean, nice big room. Limited food options for dinner. Bed was uncomfortable and small- room had more than enough room for a King bed. There was no where to hang towels and toiletry kits in the bathroom, there were plenty of spaces for a couple of wall hooks. Also, bathroom had no privacy from the rest of the room.

Parfait propre, superbes prestations au niveau qualite/prix! Tres jolie chambre moderne et propre! Idéalement située proche commodités, promenade des anglais et du nikaia!

Extremely helpful staff, comfortable rooms with perfect accomodation options. They offer free coffee/tea and snacks in the club. I felt very welcomed and will sure stay in OKKO Hotels in the future.

Very nice hotel near the Nice airport. Clean and comfortable with friendly service. The best part was a very pleasant, 5 minute walk to the airport.

Rien à redire prestations et personnelles aux top

Hotel is ok and staff was friendly. Arrived late at night and didn’t feel safe walking from the train there. It’s in the middle of business buildings and dark. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms very clean. Breakfast was ok, staff a little lazy. Sunshine, yet the terrace wasn’t usable. For the price absolutely ok. The OKKO Hotel in Niece is a lot more alive.

Ottimo hotel.

Notre arrive le 22, pour 4 nuits chambre propose ,1er étage fasse ascenseur sur rue tram et BLD chambre 102,nous avons demande une autre chambre en étage ,et nous nous sommes retrouvés chambre 107 l'hôtel pleins carnaval mais en nous confirmant que le lendemain ,il y aurait d autre chambre disponible et aucun soucis ,de revenir avant le petit déjeuner ce que nous nous sommes empresses de faire le lendemain ,et la nous sommes tomber sur sûrement la responsable une dame blonde ,hautaine peu aimable ,qui nous a pris de haut ( les étages seront ferme pour travaux seul le 1er étage reste ouvert,en rajoutant pourquoi vous n êtes pas bien au premier ) mais malheureusement nous nous sommes aperçu sur la liste du petit déjeuner que cela était faux car clients d étages supérieurs 400 ,500ect. .domage car nous avions deja fait un séjour en août et satisfait et prêt à payer plus ,nous revenons sur Nice régulièrement environs tout les 2 mois mais il est évident plus jamais a cet hôtel .

We spent a lovely dinner and stay at this charmul hotel. Tasty food and friendly staff.

I liked this place at first and it has great customer service but then was sad when I realized that the room gets extremely hot at night and the AC unit doesn’t work at all. I opened the window but that did nothing as well. Also, the light switch turns the power off for every outlet in the room, including the tv and charges for your phone. And if you try to keep the light switch on the light hits directly in your face.

Great no frills hotel. Happy hour was great, room was perfectly clean, modern and complete with all need accessories. Bed a bit hard and could have been more comfortable.
