It's a very relaxing environment. Extremely friendly staff. Wifi outside the main building is not very good. Not even in the rooms.

It was so noisy talking voice and music from a next guest room until 2am. I wrote a complain to the front desk for but no replied. Even I checked out I still have not received any reply from the hotel. I will not come back to this hotel for sure.

No issues with this hotel. Large room, hot showers, most comfortable bed in Colombia, great amenities and is within walking distance of Parque Del Cafe. Highly recommend

En general todo estuvo excelente, desde la atención hasta la comida. Muy bien ubicado, a 5min del parque del Café y de lugares turísticos como Salento y valle del cócora solo 40min. Sin duda, nos sentimos como en casa en nuestra estadía, muy recomendado. Mención especial a Mayerly y Juan quienes nos brindaron un servicio extraordinario.

The hotel's location was incredible—a secluded area surrounded by beautiful nature, with amazing birds that wake you up in the morning, making the experience truly unique. The food and facilities were decent—not modern, but fitting perfectly with the atmosphere and charm of the region. The staff was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately, it seems like the hotel tries to cut costs on washing the bedsheets. When I arrived in my room, I found a few hairs on the sheets that clearly weren’t ours. I had booked two rooms, and for one of them, we requested a bedsheet change. While the staff did replace them, their attitude was not in line with the hotel’s standard. Over the following days, the bedsheets were not changed at all. I understand the eco-friendly approach, but cleanliness is essential—especially when the hotel is not cheap.

I do not recommend this hotel, the breakfast is terrible, the entire breakfast area remains dirty, they do not put enough food, I tried to tell the person in charge and she was rude. The location is good and the cleanliness. There is a lot of lack of customer service both at the front desk and in the managers.

The place in general is kept in good condition. The staff is very attentive and nice; the buffet breakfast has a good variety and the good at the restaurant is good and the price are very affordable. We had a great time and we really recomend the place.

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool and green areas The only inconvenience was the jacuzzi was damaged but they gave us the dinner free as a courtesy.

Amazing hotel and kindly staff!

Quiet and clean

The property was clean but the staff was not friendly and the food was terrible!! We ate there once and disliked everything we ordered and it was super slow to serve even tho we were the only once there, as for kids my son had fun they had a trampoline and pool table and ping pong table so kid friendly, we lost power one night and there was no back up generator I guess it’s expected in these areas

Un excelente lugar para descansar y pasarla bien. Regrese con mi esposo luego de dos años y me encantó las mejoras del lugar. Las cabañas nuevas están súper acogedoras y muy lindas. El personal excelente en especial el Sr. Octavio siempre muy atento y dispuesto ayudar. El mejor hotel de todo Colombia. Nada que envidiar a hoteles 5 estrellas.
