It was an extremely unpleasant place to be. Staff was unaccommodating. Listing was misleading.

We stayed one night last minute, but it was clean, renovated and comfortable for our one night stay.

Location was good. Need to drive a little to each beach or takr public transit

I don’t normally write messages like this, but I felt really let down by our recent stay at your Penticton location and wanted to bring some things to your attention. While the room had potential, it felt unfinished and frankly, a little neglected - especially considering the $280 per night rate. From the moment we arrived, it seemed like the room was still under construction or not properly inspected before our stay. At the front door, the laminate floor from the outside walkway wasn’t cut or secured properly - a clear tripping hazard. Inside, a coiled ethernet cable was lying right by the entry - again, another safety concern. The inside front door handle had drywall dust on it. The electrical panel was exposed and an eyes sore. The walls were chipped and scuffed in multiple areas, which was surprising if this room is supposed to be newly renovated. Several electrical outlets weren’t securely fastened, which doesn’t feel safe. The bathtub still had the plastic protective film on it, as if the space wasn’t fully prepared for guests. On top of that, the air conditioner had black marks around the plug that looked like a past short circuit - very concerning. On the service side, we had issues with key cards on check-in and again the following day. And the water situation was frustrating - mostly running warm or hot, and barely cool even after someone came to look at it. It was 38 degrees outside, and we couldn’t even get cold wa

Rooms quiet and comfortable. Newly renovated. Nice

First night we got there we received a room with a TV that didn’t work. Wifi is shotty, rarely received a signal the entire stay. There was construction going on in the room next to us. Got woken up early in the AM to the sounds of drills and hammers after a 12 hour drive with no sleep. You would think they’d let potential customers know of this before they decide to book thinking they’ll have a peaceful stay. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Rooms cleanliness

This is a newly renovated hotel under new ownership. The rooms are clean and there are good in-room amenities. Everyone I spoke with were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was spotty wifi. Everything else was great.

The premises seems recently renovated. Most of the room fits the standard of a budget hotel. But some of the area need more attractions, the bathtub has stains which can't be washed off. Due to the lack off lobby space, guests tend to gather in front of the rooms at ground level, which could be noisy. In general, it's reasonable price. The location is in the centre of the town, only minutes drive to each corner of the town, but not walkable distance.

Slightly odd entrance when coming up from the coast. switched rooms as our original room not clean. requested towels twice not received. Staff was nice but need to work on details. Making sure adequate essentials and should have checked the second room before we moved.

Clean, excellent beds and pillows. Staff very helpful

A bit noisy some time from the second floor, but was quiet after 9 pm ( involuntary noises) stuff that fall to the floor sound very hard on the first floor. Other than that , very nice people.

Freshly renovated motel. Everything is brand new.

No hot water to shower as the shower head was installed incorrectly, dirty from Reno’s with paint dust drywall dust etc everywhere and little black caps. Ac wasn’t working not even plugged in then when plugged in had to reset the breaker then it kept shutting off and breaker needed reset. Waste of money. Two days no shower it a hot dusty room

Entire room was completely newly renovated. But wifi wasn’t working, bathtub plug didn’t work, tv guide didn’t work and keycard stopped working. The staff tried to get it all working but couldn’t fix some.

No amenities (pool/sauna etc), room smelt strongly of musty paint. Newly renovated but not clean, feels like they painted over dirty walls. Staff was very understanding and accommodating when it came to switching rooms but second room was dirty. Walls had obvious debris/dirt on them, bathtub had obvious dirt/spiders. Renovations were not complete in second room so there were exposed wires and flooring on the balcony that was not completely installed, leaving a tripping hazard at the front door. It felt like the room was missing things like hooks on doors, garbage can in bathroom. Bathroom only had 1/4 roll of toilet paper. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your stay. Room below us was left with an open door overnight which felt a bit unsafe. Like I said the staff was good when it came to trying to rectify the issue of the initial room but also reluctant to refund and insisted room switch instead.
