Everything and everyone was very nice. Wish people would be courteous of others with smoking weed on balconies. I had kids and the beach viewing was compromised because of the bad air quality. I know the hotel has no control over how people behave.

The hotel was clean, safe, and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. Pool was small and we went to order food from the bar as advertised and no one was around to help.

Staff was wonderful. Loved the valet parking. Room was immaculate. Overall quiet hotel, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

There was not a lot of space in the front for as many cars as come through this area. There were no carts to help with luggage because people are not returning them and no one was going to get them back. Valet said they did not feel that was their job. My check-in was fine and everyone that I encountered was very nice. There was no hot water when I took a shower at 11:30 at night so we had to change rooms. I did get a late check out, but there was no offer for any discount for having no hot water in my room. That would have been very nice because it was a huge inconvenience to get a cold shower and have to change rooms at 11:30 at night when I was ready to go to bed. When I went to get breakfast at 10 o’clock on Monday morning, there were three hard pancakes that I could not even bite into and no other hot food. I had to go out and buy my breakfast. Another opportunity to discount my bill since I feel that I paid for something I did not get. The hotel is beautiful, no doubt, but they need to invest a little more in having people to help customers in ways they are not being helped. All in all, I paid way too much money for what I got.

My stay was very nice! I appreciate the clean room and warm welcome. The breakfast was amazing and plenty of variety. Thank you! I know there is not much that one can do regarding this situation, but I would point out I had a lot of long hair stuck to my blanket (static). Not a big deal just more hair than I would have liked. Again, I really enjoyed my stay and would come back again.
