Beautiful and delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed. Looks exactly like the photos! Amazing staff. Close proximity to a great area of town. Definitely recommend this property.

Everything about the hotel was perfect, staff friendly and helpful, room spotless and excellent breakfast. Hotel in a quiet location

The hotel provides you with a parking tag, but it is very difficult to find parking near, lugging the luggage around on this type of pavement is extremely difficult. It would have been helpful to provide a map around the hotel to locate street parking.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in der Altstadt von Ioannina. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, das dir das Gefühl der Familie übermittelt. Großzügiges, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. Schöner Frühstücks Raum mit gutem Frühstück.

Personal very responsive to our needs

The breakfast is really good!! And the service is fantastic! Very nice and helpful people working there! The 3 stars only is because the bed in the room in the yard and the bathroomdoor were noicy. We told the staff so probably they will be made.

I can't say enough! My family and I stayed at Ialna in August, 2025, and loved every moment. Our room was amazing, the food and staff were without fault, and it's in a great location. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The bed is comfort and the hotel is small and beautifully designed. The only thing that bother me a little bit that we got the room in the second floor and there is no elevator so it was a bit difficult to get to the room with the luggage.

The hotel was very nice however parking was absolutely horrible. We had to park five blocks away from the hotel very very hard to park by the hotel.
