Very polite staff. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The hotel presents as clean. The breakfast was good. I would have loved some scrambled eggs, and better coffee, but it was good. I was not able to get a receipt/invoice from the hotel after my stay. I was informed that because I booked through hotels.com they couldn’t accommodate me, which was annoying since hotels.com doesn’t provide a receipt that displays VAT. Also the corridors smelled of sigaretts and the showers in the spa had a bad smell. Over all I was happy with my stay, but felt like it didn’t fit the 5 star expectations.
