Great customer service! Wonderful hotel! We would decontaminate stay here again. We came for our anniversary. We were able to walk to the Blue Jays game, dinner and breakfast!

Got a deluxe room but the bathroom was a bit tired. Personally mirror in the bathroom was loose from the wall, toilet had no light switch. Bathroom floor was sticky. Wonderful staff, location and amenities.

We stayed 4 nights at Sutton Place and the room was really nice but the location is the real selling point!! It's in the heart of downtown and walking distance to everything!! Valet parking was a breeze, and the staff was very kind and attentive. We never wanted for anything. The pool on the top floor was very nice, and the terrace offered a nice view of the downtown area. Would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in the heart of city. Close to everything!

Great rooms

Nice elegant hotel located on one of the most vibrant streets in Toronto Downtown

We had a boys trip to Toronto to do some local sightseeing and attend a baseball game. I can't say enough about this hotel. Fabulous. Very new. Rooms are luxurious. Bedding great (although no feather pillows). Hotel facilities are pretty good although not that big...smallish restaurant and a somewhat limited breakfast menu but overall fine and fit for purpose. Staff are super friendly. Its location in the center of town cannot be beaten. Close to everything a typical tourist would want.

It would be nice if there was a cheaper option for parking but I understand parking is tough downtown.
