Excelente lugar

Habitación nueva y limpia, buena atención del personal , cerca del centro , todo bien

Está muy céntrico, limpio y las habitaciones son amplias, sin duda me hospedaría de nuevo aquí. El único tema es que solo ofrecen desayuno y no hay más servicio de alimentos y bebidas.

Great value for money! We were so comfortable at Naj that ended up extending our stay many times. All the staff members were friendly and always ready to help. Location is perfect: easy to walk to the centre, port, beach. I would happily stay here again.

Excellent all around

La chambre était vraiment super avec vue sur la piscine. Elle était confortable, bien équipée et agréable. Les lits étaient un peu petits et la chambre était mal insonorisée, nous entendions du bruit toute la nuit. Hormis cela nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Pool and surrounding area is too small and people were putting their stuff on multiple loungers so there were no available seats at all during the week that we stayed. It was unfortunate because the beaches had a lot of sargassum and we were hoping to use the pool.

Karina and the Hospitality team were amazing! Its a 7 min walk to the center of town and the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Naj Casa Holbox. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. We had fresh bottled water privided daily. There was a coffee pot with coffee (1 pkg provided daily), a microwave, small grill, mini fridge, and hair dryer. Each room has a small deck facing the pool, and 2 xhairs and a hammock chair. Staff were lovely! Friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Carina, who serves breakfasts in the morning and bartends in the afternoon is a real sweetheart. So welcoming and friendly- she really made our stay! The food we had in the onsite restaurant was delicious as well. I would recommend that the owners add stick on felt to the bottom of the indoor chairs, as the sound of the wooden chairs being scraped on the tile floors carries through out the rooms. This would really help decrease that noise.
