Great place to stay! We traveled as a family with kids - it was spacious and had everything we needed. Super convenient location - very walkable and felt safe. I think they could have provided more than one pod to do laundry for an entire week stay. They told me to buy more myself at the convenience store which was not convenient and I had to buy a pack of 16 when I only really needed one more. Other than that the stay was great.

Ya he estado ahí varias veces, me encanta lo práctico que es lo conveniente, la decoración, la ubicación, vaya es muy buena opción, lo que se me hace increíble es que te cobren por pedir llegar antes o salir después, en verdad después de lo que estás pagando (que no es barato) que te cobren por salir del hotel 1 hrs más tarde (12pm) que es lo habitual del check out se me hace un abuso y son esos detalles que se me hacen absurdos por tratar de ganar más dinero, no todo es dinero SONDER y creo que pierden más con detalles asi

We just stayed for a week at Sonder Malasaña and it was great. The location can't be beat, it's walking distance from everything. The place is nice and clean. There is no front desk but they are SUPER responsive on WhatsApp and help you with anything you need right away. Definitely would stay here again

The location is top notch with many restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Also close to downtown tourist draws: three major art museums, Retiro Park, The Royal Palace, Temple Debod, Alumendala Cathedral and more. Apartment access was easy - all electronic, and surprisingly quiet. Dont be fooled by exterior - a commercial gated entrance which looks more like entrance to a garage. There is a very small Sonder sign appropriate for street. Uber had no problem finding us for airport transfer. Neither did taxi dropoff. Wifi is good. It is now owned by Marriott and if you are a Bonvoy member you may be able to access there once systems are combined. Enjoy!

Supero mis expectativas, a media cuadra de la estación de metro Tribunal, a pasos de hermosos cafés, 3 supermercados, tiendas .. Excelente comunicación con la administración del lugar.

The room is modern and cozy. Location is great, close to a large grocery store, very convenient. Communication with admin team is super helpful and responsive. My kids and I love it so much!
