Cuore good !

Great room and nice staff

We had to wait n call for half an hour outside until I was given the access code to enter the hotel. The email from hotels.com did not include the code! The parking was apparently not enough.. at some point I could not park the car in hotel's parking but when I came back later after half an hour there was a space available Everthing related the room was very good. No issue at all.

Unfortunately, no A/C in room, which is not unusual, but on a very hot day for England, the bathroom towel racks were in full heat and almost boiling. Neither we nor the hotel manager could shut them off. One single fan provided little/no relief and room temp was + 30c degrees and never got to a comfortable temp overnight. Open windows didn’t help much. Almost zero sleep. Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. Shame as the room and bed were otherwise good. Just couldn’t enjoy either. Big disappointment.

Great spot to stay in, convenient for the city. We loved the breakfast, a true highlight. My kids were very comfortable in the second bed and the shower was a great size. Unfortunately it was during a heatwave and with south facing windows I don’t think the temperature in the room dropped below 30c! The chap at breakfast said there is a plan to put in AC. The huge fan provided took the edge off.

Huge room, huge T.V, Huge bath to lay in and watch the Huge T.V. Very well equipped and with all things you may need and more!

Always good to stay at The Keep, very comfortable and clean. Rooms are a generous size and nicely decorated.

Room and all areas were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good.

Spacious facilities

Always felt like a treat staying here. Sent a msg the next morning after a couple of days of not having the rm cleaned to be told they now expect you to put a sign on the door to clean or not to clean the room. Very odd as not done that before there or anywhere else. Luckily they reminded me of the place visitors can get refills or i would have stayed without hot choc too. I will probably think twice before staying there again.

The room was in lovely clean condition with lovely quality bedding and towels. A large tv was available, also a fridge and microwave with tea/coffee making facilities.

Lovely staff

Prior communication made check in easy and convenient. Room was clean, spacious and exactly as it had been advertised. Hotel in excellent location.

Room was exceptionally clean, the women who served us in the morning was very friendly and extremely helpful - this was a real find!!

Franchement… comment peut on appeler un Établissement „Boutique Hotel“ et accueillir les Clients avec des Boites a clefs ? Très decue du Standing de l établissement. Nous etions loges dans l annexe qui donnait sur un parking avec des poubelles… pas terrible. Au Petit dej accueil sympa mais les fruits n etaient pas très frais. Donc le Prix n est pas en Rapport avec la qualite

Great stay

2nd time i have stayed at the Keep. Emaculate as always and staff couldn't be more helpful. Recommend highly. Better value than a Premier Inn.
