Clean, compact room. Good location for shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.

It was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE .We stayed in 5th floor ,3 rooms 503,504&505. No hot water despite telling the Reception.Water stopped,while Taking bath. We were FORCED to rake bath in chill water early morning by 5.am. Out of 4 lights only 2 were working. Linen was not changed and it was as smelling. Receptionist showed his helplessness. But food was ok.Though complimentary breakfast was available ,it was not given telling that it would be available by 8 am only. We came foe visiting Baba Baidyanath dham and being 250 kms away we need to leave by 6 am .It was informed to hotel but they expressed inability. We said atleast Bread,butter&jam could be given but they refused.
