Beautiful boutique hotel, stayed for one night.The lady at the reception was so generous,upgraded us to suite that was so spacious,spotless with quality amenities.staff is so very helpful and we loved the area around..so quite and beautiful cafes. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, great location, very friendly staff and a lovely room

The Wallace gives you the best version of yourself - if you are ready to tear up the sights of New York it is in the perfect location off Broadway, if you are more interested in finding a tranquil island amongst the city madness it is tucked around the corner reaching out with calm tranquility. The Wallace is staffed with cheerful, helpful and friendly people at every turn - although special mention must be made of the doormen. The rooms are immaculate, the beds the most comfortable ever and the bathroom and shower impeccable. The rooms are looked after by top flight housekeepers, combining excellence and unobtrusiveness. As you drift past the bar in the early evening, past the mellow jazz, the clink of glasses and the hubbub of conversation the experience feels it has been designed to make you a part of it to whichever extent you choose. Quality throughout. A New York treasure.

I would highly recommend the Walllace. Hotel is beautiful. Great, quiet location. The staff is exceptional. Very helpful and friendly.

The area around the hotel wasn’t very clean: vagrants, litter and homeless people. Hotel is good but very overpriced, no breakfast option.

A modern hotel, with all the related conveniences, in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, world-class museums and other POIs, and subways. There’s practically nothing not to like about this property.

Clean rooms and Confort. I just preferred a better view rather than the back building view.
