Great place for a long business stay

Everyone that we had the pleasure to meet was just lovely. I would especially like to thank EP for going above and beyond in assisting us upon our arrival. We did not get the name of the security guard who recognized us during our stay that kept us safe, but we truly appreciate his assistance. Lastly, to our front desk gentleman who went above and beyond in assisting us with directions to ensure we had everything we needed. We are looking forward to our next stay.

We stayed 19 days in a two bedrooms/two baths with a balcony (it's facing the "courtyard" which is surrounded by several buildings). We couldn't really open the curtains without feeling being watched by neighbors in nearby buildings. The apartment is in a good location - quiet but not far from the city center, attractions, and shopping as well as public transportations. There are plenty of restaurants and two markets nearby. We felt safe in the apartment. The only problem was the cleanliness of the apartment, particularly the kitchen. The oven was full of oil and remnants of past cooking. The microwave oven was also not clean. The kitchen counter was sticky and dirty. The coffee pot wasn't empty and cleaned. The coffee pot has some kinds of molds floating in the liquid (see the attached photo). We had to spend about 3 hours cleaning the kitchen alone.
