Several issues impacted our stay. The cabinet in the room was broken, the shower water never got hot, and the mirror light didn’t work. On top of that, the fire alarm went off during a thunderstorm, which was very disruptive.

The staff are amazing… so much integrity and respect for their patrons and neighbors.

Front dest service was excellent and accommodating. Food was delicious and beautiful decor.

Love the rooftop pool!

Gorgeous design, but lacking in basic functional things like outlets (1 in the room!), bedside tables, towel hooks (1!), wash rags… Really beautiful but it should be a requirement that new designs are tried out before the remodeling occurs. Beautiful lobby, very nice staff.

Unfortunately, you won't find us at another Thompson Hotel. I'll start with positive. Nice scents, nice finishes, quality furniture, and good location. The negatives: we could hear everything outside of our door in the hall way. Everytime someone entered their door, it sounded like they were opening ours, so waking up multiple times in the night in a panic isn't relaxing. Also, the air conditioner sounded like a cheap motel. Anytime Every time it started up it sounded like a train starting to roll. Third is that there was a wedding, and they closed off a bunch of the common areas, so it became hard to even get a drink or lounge around anywhere. Too much hassle and inconvenience for a "nice" hotel in this price point.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only thing I'd bring up is that a few other co-workers and me were charged for valet fees for multiple nights during our stay even though we didn't have cars for this visit. The desk staff were very accomodating and removed the charges from our folio, but there does appear to be some problem with how valet charges are handled. Would suggest looking into improving that. Otherwise, it was a great stay - Thank you!

This is a shared hotel, the pool is basically for the residents, the rooms aren’t finished, the restaurants are horrible, the bars are not stocked with even basic popular mixes to make the drinks! Night and day compared to other Thompsons

Excellent location however it was tough to get to valet in the evening due to sixth Street being closed. Chose the hotel because of the pool but did not get to try it due to weather

Its a very good hotel with great service

They had two rooms availble just like the photos I reserved but they tried to let us stay in a smaller room first. Then tried to put us corner room with a bad view which I didn't ask. it took an hour for them to give the room which we asked for

Place was great. Staff was attentive and great location

Avoid Sixth street unless you walk East of highway 35

Staff was welcoming and the facility was beautiful. Great location for visiting 6th street and bars and restaurants. Was too cold to swim or enjoy rooftop patio, but would love to come back again.
