Was in the process of changing ownership and in the process of remodeling. The place was a mess. We decided to not stay.

They stole my money, and they are intentionally impossible to contact. I made a reservation online and a few days later I decided to cancel it. I called their support line, and their support agent verbally confirmed that the whole reservation was cancelled. But I never got a confirmation email about the cancellation, only one $10 refund out of 4 rooms I reserved. Because I had only paid a small reservation fee per room and was going to pay the rest in person when we got their, I assumed this refund meant that the reservation was cancelled. In fact, the customer support lady only cancelled one room and I got charged $260 per room in no-show fees. Whenever I call them they tell me to talk to expedia, and expedia tells me to talk to them, and now I cannot even get a hold of OYO. This is absolutely disgusting, they do not want to help their customers and I would recommend never doing business with this hotel or OYO if you can help it!

had trouble with the key card right off the bat, carpet was stained , the door rattled and didn't seal and let light in all the way around it , ceiling had water stains . Have had better stays

My stay was non-existent. No one was at the office when we arrived and no one would answer the phone number that was on the door. I could never reach them even the next day after being stranded without a room all night. Then, the hotel.com site that I booked the room through refused to facilitate my refund because they too were unable to reach the hotel staff.

Did not honor reservation. Place was run down and manager was working out of bedroom.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and I’ve always had friendly service and a clean room.

Everyone was friendly and the accommodations were great.

Rooms are clean and priced reasonably. A little dated.

The accommodations were impressive; the location was appealing; and the staff members were professional and courteous.

Stayed one night in the middle of a road trip. Selected property based on rate. Competent front desk team, great room, excellent shower, bottle of water in the room.

Beds and bathroom are very nice and clean. Plenty of towels and show things to use.

The hotel is always clean, fresh smelling.

Everything is good, especially the attentive service and help from everyone at the hotel.

Reasonably priced. I felt safe. room was clean.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very professional, friendly and welcoming.

Bathtub and toilet was not clean. Key card was not working had to call front desk every time I wanted back in my room. And I found a roach my second night

Hope to stay again in the future!

Service was excellent. Room was clean and well furnished. Would happily visit again.

Two words….Roach Motel Old rundown motel that appears to be bought out by a fancier outfit but there was far from anything fancy about it. I’m glad we’re a farm family and have learned to make do with situations like this but still…ugh. Zero ⭐️‘s
