Very unique property in a very quiet relaxed area close to lots of public transport. No controllable air conditioning and the rooms are only serviced every three days. Staff were very helpful in supplying things that needed changing or replacing

Really enjoyed this stay. Rooms were great and I love that this hotel is conscious of the environment and our footprint, but also being realistic with needs such as laundry or extra towels. There was no A/C in the rooms but the place was set to a comfortable temperature and in-room A/C even in mid July seemed unnecessary due to that. Great location with busses, bikes and bakeries nearby. I would stay again.

Prima hotel

Amazing hotel, very helpful staff, clean rooms. House keeping was not that great, i only had them once during my four days of stay and they didn't clean everything. But overall, I am very happy with this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! It was clean and very conveniently located for my purposes. This staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And, I really enjoyed the Brazilian theme!

An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel features a stylish, trendy design and feels very modern. The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and filled with great natural light. It even comes with a small kitchenette, which is perfect for simple cooking. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Located in a school district, the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

Sauberes Zimmer

Schönes und modernes Hotel, mit gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Einziges Manko, das Frühstück, zur Stoßzeit mussten einige wieder gehen, da kein Platz mehr war, es fehlten dann auch Teller etc.. Auch dort wo das Frühstück aufgebaut war, war es sehr beengt, das Personal war aber sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Die Zimmer war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Check in klappte super und die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Als Schlecht muss man leider wirklich das Frühstück bewerten. Generell geringe Auswahl, die dann noch schlecht aufgefüllt wurde. Das Personal beim Frühstück wirkte sehr unmotiviert. Die Tische wurden zwischen den Gästen nicht gewischt. Man muss auch leider sagen, dass die Räumlichkeiten für die Gästeanzahl gar nicht ausgelegt sind.

Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich aber lecker bei 1 Woche Aufenthalt ist es nicht so toll. Der Platz ist sehr begrenzt was zu langen Wartezeiten geführt hat. Im Winter würde ich das Hotel daher nicht empfehlen.

Die Lage 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn ist super. Auch war die Unterkunft recht ruhig. Bei der Küche waren auch Schwamm, Geschirrtuch, Spülmittel und 2 Geschirrtabs dabei. Wer viel kochen möchte, muss sich bei der Buchung schon die Kochutersilien dazubuchen. Komme beim nächsten Wien-Trip wieder zu diesem Hotel.

Super well kept with great staff. Crazy impressed by the value

Only a 1 night stay, but the hotel is in a great location and has a tram stop only 5 mins away. The room is super nice, with loads of mod cons. The breakfast was great too, situated in a café next door.

Great vibe with all the amenities. The only reason I gave this property a 4 is the fact that their air conditioning in the rooms is not controllable and it was a heat wave where we experienced uncomfortable heat in the rooms. They gave us a fan, which was great. We would have had a tough time sleeping without it.

Rooms were clean , staff was great . Breakfast was good and having a laundry room on site was great .
