Very good, and fair price!

The hotel was wonderful—our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and all of the amenities provided were great. It was especially handy to have washers and dryers in the basement for guests’ use, although you do have to download an app to use them and pre-load your account with 20€ (you can claim a refund of any unused portion of your balance). The hotel staff were extremely warm, kind, and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to several public transportation options to the city center, and the Vienna Pass made traveling on public transit a breeze. The only things that were lacking that otherwise would have made this a five-star stay: the hotel does not have good climate control. It was uncomfortably warm during our stay, which led to poor sleep most nights. The staff kindly lent us a fan, but to run it at night, we had to keep our key card in the power slot that controls the room’s electricity, and there was a very bright neon light illuminating the headboard of the bed that could not be turned off. We tried to cover the light with our bath towels, but that was a very inconvenient design flaw of the room. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Oda, esyalar yeni ve temizdi. Personel guler yuzlu ve yardimseverdi. 2 kisi konakladik esyalar yeterliydi. Yatak rahatti. Otelin cevresinde ( 5dk yurume mesefesinde) marketler ve toplu tasima araclari var (tramvay ve otobus). Viyanaya tekrar gidersem yine burayi tercih ederim.

Room ok. Chilly in the evenings. Coukd have done with some heating. Staff helpful. Didn't realise free coffee in daytime until day we left. Decoration rather dark.

Leider waren Boden und Bad nicht ordentlich geputzt. Die Handtücher hatten Flecken, in den Ecken war dreck, hinter dem Müll waren leere Tamponverpackungen. Die Nutzung der Kaffeemaschine war irreführend, konnte aber mit dem Personal geklärt werden. Auch war unsere verspätete Anreise gut mit dem Personal zu klären, so dass wir ohne Probleme später in das Zimmer konnten.

The hotel looked very impressive as I got there. The rooms were clean. I wish there was more trash baskets since there is only one in bathroom. I expected more from the room, but overall it had all the amenities and friendly staff. The location was good close to all the connections.

Leider ging die Regendusche nicht, ohne das ganze Bad zu fluten. Und der Abfluss hat etwas gemüffelt. Aber das Personal war sehr nett zu uns und die Verkehrsanbindung ist super.

Friendly & very helpful staff. The trams to the city are within walking distance. The city is about 10 minutes away.

Check in was very easy with extremely friendly staff in reception. The room was a great size and very clean. The room contained a mini kitchen so was ideal for cooking and eating in the room. The hotel is near bus, tram and train stations, so ideal for travelling. I would really recommend staying here.

I had a pleasant stay in Rioca Vienna Posto 2 during the Eurovision Song Contest. It is ideally located in the 3rd district of Vienna, Landstrasse with excellent public transport connections nearby such as Wien St. Marx railway station with a regular direct connection to Vienna Airport (S7 takes about 20 min.) and Schlachthausgasse metro station on the U3-line of the Viennese U-Bahn. Having a kitchen is very practical as there are many supermarkets within walking distance (Billa, Lidl, Hofer) and it’s very convenietlnt to be able to prepare meals in your hotel room. The Brazilian vibes of the hotel is very present and welcoming and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful.
