Very nice luxury hotel, on the outskirts of the main town of the island. Very good breakfast and amazing rooms. The service should be improved tough, especially for what concern the beach and umbrella availability on high season.

The price performance is good. The location is perfect! It is close to the beach, restaurants, and Kos town is within walking distance.

Absolutely loved this hotel, I’ll be back again, once the new spa opens ☺️

I cannot recommend a hotel more. From food to service, grom hygiene to friendliness of staff, everything was amazing. I had a solo trip but never felt alone with many nice people staying around.

We had an amazing week's stay at Theros. The hotel is very nice, with great options for breakfast, lunch and especially dinner. Everything was very clean and worked well. The hotel organised airport transports for us, as well as transports for a dinner further away from Kos, which was great. They also helped us to rent a car for a day. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from Kos Town which might seem like a negative, however the beach walk there is very nice and is filled with beach clubs, bar, restaurants and the like. Overall, we had a great trip and would gladly return.

Overall very good hotel! Very limited near by for dining or evening entertainment and limited transport unless pre booked but a half an hour walk will get you into Kos town.

We absolutely loved staying at Theros. The staff were brilliant, really friendly and always happy to help book things and offer recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a really great location. The breakfast buffet fantastic too and the rooms were very nice (hot tub / jacuzzi was a great addition). The private beach gives you an amazing view of the sunrise if you can get up early enough for it! Will highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Great hotel for rooms and pool. Front desk are great. Rest of staff are mediocre. Feel bad for saying it because we’ve had a lovely time but they aren’t the best.

Such a beautiful property & amazing staff. The grounds were perfect and so well thought out. Decor was 10/10. It was quiet, peaceful and tranquil - even at max capacity. Would definitely stay again.

Sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft, Stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genügend in der Umgebung vorhanden. Schön wäre es wenn kostenloses Wasser in die minibar reingestellt werden könnte da man sonst immer Wasser besorgen muss. Ansonsten klar weiter zu empfehlen!

Die Anlage, die Zimmer und das Essen waren phänomenal. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Einzig die Umgebung und der Strandabschnitt, der zum Hotel gehört, hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Bei unserer Anreise hätten wir dort niemals dieses Hotel erwartet. Sehr staubig, Vorort-Feeling vor Kos-Stadt.

A very underwhelming experience overall, primarily due to the service. Throughout our stay things appeared unorganised and slow; for example needing to chase for our luggage to be collected 45 minutes after asking, needing to call waiters over to the lunch table despite being the only table and waiting for over 10 minutes and a similar experience at breakfast (also waiting over 20 minutes for our coffee to arrive). It’s a beautiful hotel, but the staff service just didn’t match 5-star and similarly the towels were unclean (strongly smelling of damp). A shame given how amazing the aesthetics are…

Super schönes Hotel, dass gerade am expandieren ist und trotzdem seinen Charme nicht verliert. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert. Ich Reise um die Welt, und diese Anlage war mit Abstand eins der schönsten Hotels. Es gibt nichts, worüber man sich beschweren kann. Alles top.
