The room was very big for 3 persons, we had 2 double beds. The room and all the common areas are very clean. Breakfast was good. Pool very small compared to the number of Rooms. There is no Restaurant or Bar in the Hotel so I suggest that a Vending Machine with some drinks and snacks will be available near the Breakfast Area.

Check in was terrible - no staff on site just a cleaner - had to call for assistance - got hung up on. Started a chat told we hadn’t fully paid - go into the app and pay - tried but this didn’t exist on my app - Zoe - digital assistant finally got me our door code - and asked me to ensure I paid the environment tax of €4. Took about 45 minutes to get into our room. Breakfast was mediocre at best - hot shower, clean sheets which was great - pool is a very small dip pool - holds maybe 4 people. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We had a lovely day. I would recommend this hotel. We had a car so it was easy to get around. Very clean and comfortable.

Dès notre arrivée, le code d’entrée fourni n'était pas le bon, nous obligeant à attendre dehors qu’on nous ouvre à distance, puisqu'il n'y a aucune réception ni personnel sur place. ​Nous avions réservé une chambre avec piscine privée, vendue comme "chauffée" sur le site. En plein mois de juillet, l'eau était glacée (le bassin reste à l'ombre toute la journée). On m'a d'abord dit qu'elle allait chauffer, pour ensuite m'avouer qu'elles ne sont pas chauffées en été... mais qu'elles sont fermées en hiver. Une logique absurde et une mauvaise foi flagrante. ​Côté petit-déjeuner, le site annonce un service jusqu'à 10h, mais sur place, une simple feuille indique 9h30. Résultat : à 8h30/9h, le buffet est déjà débarrassé et il n’y a plus rien à manger. ​Le comble : à 9h30, un employé est entré dans notre chambre pour faire le ménage sans notre accord, déplaçant même nos affaires personnelles. Heureusement que ma femme n'était pas sous la douche, la situation aurait été extrêmement inconfortable. ​Pour couronner le tout, l'emplacement est très isolé : rien aux alentours à part une supérette minuscule, et le premier restaurant est à 15 minutes à pied. Établissement à éviter.

I booked two rooms through Hotels.com. Unfortunately, the booking system does not link directly with the Sekonda portal, meaning you have to manage your booking through a separate system. This created several frustrations. Although all information was sent to my email and phone, I ended up with two separate portals for two rooms. I knew at booking that it was self-check-in, which was fine, but the Sekonda portal states that your room code can be found under the “Key Code” tab. What it does not explain is that this tab only appears 10 minutes before check-in. This caused unnecessary stress. We arrived an hour early and were told we could leave our luggage in a secure room, but this also required a code. The code was apparently meant to be sent at 10am, but it never arrived. We spent around 45 minutes sitting on the hotel floor emailing and messaging for help with no response (my many conversations with AI were not particularly helpful!). Thankfully, 10 minutes before check-in, the Key Code tab appeared and we received our room codes. The rooms themselves were beautiful, clean and well presented, so things felt positive. Unfortunately, the following day we returned around 4pm hoping to relax with a quiet drink outside or in our room, only to be met with constant drilling and concrete-breaking noise. We understand maintenance is necessary, but this should have been communicated to guests beforehand.

Very clean room and good breakfast. Little bad scent in room. Location was pretty okay but we were not able to return with bus, because it took another route for some reason.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel — the rooms were nice and clean, and the location was so peaceful and relaxing. We had a room with a terrace which was perfect. Special thanks to Zoe from Zzzing for excellent communication and so much patience throughout. The kitchen staff were also incredibly kind and understanding, and they met my daughter’s celiac needs with no cross contamination without it being a problem at all. A big thank you especially to Aloe for his care and understanding — it made all the difference for us. Highly recommend.

Déçue car en arrivant à 15h30 .Pas reçu le code de ma chambre .1heure d'attente avant de recevoir le code.Ensuite piscine sur le toit fermée Alors que c'était normalement 18h donc j'ai demandé à la personne qui venait de fermer de réouvrir afin de pouvoir en profiter. La chambre était très bien ainsi que le petit déjeuner.Dommage qu'il n'y ai personne à l'accueil à l'heure à laquelle on vous demande d'arriver cela serait plus simple.

Instalações impecavelmente limpas e bem conservadas. Staff simpático e prestável. A piscina é pequena mas suficiente para refrescar em dias mais quentes. Uma das melhores praias da ilha fica a cerca 25minutos a pé. Foi uma estadia muito agradável e recomendamos.

Only the breakfast, they could have a little bit more things

Room was spacious, bed comfortable and good shower. Tea, coffee and water provided. Great breakfast. Really set us up for the day.
