Es un buen hotel sin duda, solo el estacionamiento está lejos y si sales en al noche, se siente un poco inseguro caminar al estacionamiento, pero las habitaciones perfectas, muy amplias y acogedoras

Great Place

Si buscas un lugar limpio y donde puedas tener cuesta o su rías para dormir, aquí no es… entra luz por todos lados, la habitación estaba sucia, me encontré objetos entre las sábanas y la recepcionista al check in súper grosera.

Room was nice, I was a little surprised there was no dresser or closet but that's on me for not reading the details closely and we managed just fine without. AC worked very well it was super convenient having a remote! Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was great and fresh 😁

Limpio y cómodo

No pude ingresar al hotel porque no permiten menores de edad y yo iba con mi familia. Siendo un hotel ubicado en una zona de Mazatlán totalmente familiar El primer aviso que debe de haber en su publicidad es que no aceptan menores… Y no ponerlo hasta la última parte de todas sus referencias y condiciones No pude cancelar/posponer la fecha para usarlo con mi esposa, mucho menos obtuve reembolso

Feels more like a motel rather than a hotel. The service was okay - not very refined/professional but responsive. The pool area is small but pretty. The parking lot is detached, maybe a block away. The walk to it wasn't very pleasant especially at night - felt a bit shady. You could find street parking closer to the hotel though. The room itself was decently clean. Our sheets had what it seemed to be permanent stains (though they were washed clean).

Staff were extremely helpful, from asking for water or towels or calling us a taxi, they were always quickly able to help. The room was comfy and the AC worked very well. Lots of shower pressure. Will definitely come back
