客室は良いよ 只、冷蔵庫とエアコンが欲しい

Nasty. Unsanitary. Dirty. Disgusting. So many issues.

Me gusto mucho, junto con mi pareja, la habitación vista al mar es lo mejor, la atencion del personal igual es buena, volveri a ir.

Habitación limpia, el personal es muy amable, tome un tour también que me recomendaron en el hotel y fue una super buena experiencia, al llegar al hotel se ve un lugar acogedor.

Lo que más me gustó es la gente que trabaja ahí, atenta a todo, la limpieza de lugar y las vistas que tiene, volvería a ir mil veces

Pase una estadía súper agradable en este hotel, infraestructura buena, personal que trabaja allí súper atentos en todo momento. Quedamos súper satisfechos con mi familia durante la estadía

Limpio, grande y bien ubicado. El personal muy amable y las habitaciones impecables. También tienen excelente servicio de tours.

La habitación estaba limpia y espaciosa. Contaba con todo lo necesario para un buen descanso. El hotel tiene muchos lugares impecables para trabajar o descansar. Me encantó el collar de flores que me dió el personal encantandor.

Las instalaciones son muy grandes con mucho potencial. Ideal para descansar y desconectarse. Las chicas que me atendieron lo hicieron increíble.

The property is in desperate need of renovation. From the rooms to linens and towels and the property including rooms needs a through cleaning. The staff is very friendly and the property is in a great location.

Everything was bad from beginning to end. I was given a tinny economy room. I reserved a double room. When I demanded what I paid for, I was given one next to the chicken coup which roosters woke me every morning before 5 am until 10 am. The bathroom sink was plugged, the tile floors broken. Everything filthy dirty. No AC, no fan. No amenities. I asked that nobody enter to my room, they did enter. Breakfast with very limited options. Not even as continental. No TV. No internet. Most of the time not even on the public areas. At some point no electricity.

The hotel stated on Hotels.com that rooms had air conditioning so this is the reason we booked this room, however in arrival we were told that non of the rooms had air conditioning, so we were given a fan The room was in need of refurbishment as it was outdated and a little grubby. Saying all of this the staff were very friendly and helpful

Las instalaciones del hotel fueron realmente lo mejor. Todo estaba muy bien cuidado, limpio y diseñado para disfrutar al máximo de la estancia. Un lugar hermoso y acogedor, ideal para descansar y desconectarse. Volvería a ir !!
