Great place to stay, just a short drive to the shopping district and restaurants, reasonable price meals, friendly people. The Staff including the cleaning crew were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent proximity to Westlake Girls High School where my wife was working, to the bus station - great transport to city and other areas, and to super eating/drinking places nearby. Easy to find from the motorway.

This hotel mainly exists for people using the nearby hospital. It is a basic hotel. Clean. We didn’t interact with staff. No complaints.

Seems like a new property. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Staff are polite and helpful. Parking is an extra fee, but the parking is secure and out of the weather, under the building.

All of the staff were very helpful and my room was well appointed and serviced every day. Particularly liked the use of a secure basement carpark too for a very small cost. Location was great too being close to Milford, Takapuna and the motorway. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms and staff were polite and helpful. The nearby Soho Thai restaurant was delicious with great service.
