Nice leisure hotel in the heart of central Wellington. Few facilities at the hotel itself but guests are able to use a pass for the nearby Les Mills Gym and Sauna.

Interesting and unique decor, friendly and helpful staff

There was no parking close by meaning bags had to wheeled quite some distance from an expensive all day parking venue. The room allocated looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. We didn’t stay as it was directly above a pub and the room had an awful vista of the back of the place meaning there was no way you could keep the curtains open. Just so disappointed that this was different to what is promoted.

We loved this hotel and all nice small touches they threw in. Free coffee and croissants in the name and the bar in the hotel is excellent

Fantastic hotel

Pros: Good location. Clean. Helpful staff. Daily complimentary coffee, tea, snacks. Daily chocolate delivered to room. Cons: Property a bit dated. Dark decor not for everyone’s taste. No safe in the room. Any cons, though, were offset by the friendliness and willingness of the staff and the services provided by the hotel. Overall, a quiet and comfortable stay in a good location.

This was a unique and fun hotel conveniently located in Wellington. Walkable to everything. Staff was awesome!

Nice hotel with generous free offerings of food and drink. The staff were also very nice and courteous

I really liked the fact my dog could stay with me at the Intrepid, and the staff were lovely. Perfect location across the road from a park and next door to other pet-friendly restaurants and bars.

Loved the shower pressure and appreciated the block-out curtains. The chocolates were an added bonus. Would happily stay here again.

Loved the whole property experience & vibe & amazing central city location & lovely vatering extras - but luv some sort parking voucher as paid $120 2 full nights to get parking locally - dog friendly wonderful service thx you

Nicely curated design of space. Wish I’d taken advantage of the bar downstairs - it seemed quite popular and looked fantastic.
