Close to the metro station, clean, super friendly staff!

very quiet, and the breakfast was spectacular

A Very large room and nice facilities, very good central location. But breakfast could be greater variety.

Elphie (front desk agent) extremely pleasant and helpful. It was a nice stay prior to our cruise.

Continental breakfast had lots of options. Just off main tourist area. All doors didnt seal well, very loud to use, no spund proofing. Needed secondary locks. Famiky room with 2 twin and 1 queen was a nice room.

Lovely hotel & staff were wonderful but the property is next to a bar/club so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. Thank you to the great staff for making our stay so warm & hospitable.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Gegend ist allerdings etwas heruntergekommen. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Detta var ett fint hotell men sängarna och kuddarna är hårda som sten. Varken jag eller maken sov ordentligt under vår vistelse.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, my check in and out went smoothly. The price listed online is the price I paid. My room was modern, clean and the balcony/patio was very spacious and nice to sit out on an evening. The area leaves a lot to be desired, but the hotel was like a diamond in the ruff. The breakfast buffet was also nice all the food was fresh, the juices and coffee were nice as well. I will definitely be back for another stay.

Nice hotel, but 1 night music was playing in the bar next door till 4am so no sleep at all. On our pick up at 5.30am we were approached by beggersnot wanting no for a answer. Rough area, nice hotel

The staff provided excellent service in arranging transportation and answering questions about the metro system. The breakfast was very good and a surprise bonus. I would stay here again based on value for the price.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The location was not that great, didn’t feel safe with graffiti everywhere dark area and didn’t feel safe walking around at night not sure how it is during the day. We got there when it was dark and left the next day it was early and dark still.

Absolut inte ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. Rummen små,gick knappt att gå förbi sängen vid änden. Ligger i ett ganskatråkigt område och svårt att hitta. Kunna pressa sin egen juice väger inte upp frukosten som var standard

Excellent établissement. La seul bémol est le bruit. J'ai séjourné un vendredi soir et les bars sympas dans la petite rue pietonne étaient bondés jusqu'a 2h du matin. Peut-être des double-vitraux? Mais somme toute, très bon séjour
