Clean room and comfortable bed

Budget stay

All was great except that the lighting was inadequate for reading or writing. Would require a stronger bulb in the desk lamp, and maybe that the lamp be higher.

carpets filthy, smells like body odor, toilet, didn’t stop running, air-conditioning blew, warm air, no fire alarm in the bedroom, TV, quality of channels, or blurry and fuzzy and running off of antenna. Not worth $120 a night.

Hotel and grounds are nice. Service was friendly and the room was decent. Beds were a little low but comfortable.

The proprietors did consider my Expedia status and waved the security deposit!
