Parking lot is a little far

The place and people were amazing! One front desk guy, Murad, went out of his way to help set up my laptop to show on the TV monitor. He was incredibly patient and helpful.

Hace falta tener o aire acondicionado o mas ventiladores en cada habitacion, solo teniamos 1 no es suficiente para el calor qie hace en las recámaras.

Excellent location, the staff is very professional & made my stay memorable! This is my home away from home! I will definitely return for the 3rd time!

El hotel está súper bien ubicado en la zona de Polanco. Todos son muy amables en el hotel y hacen la estancia muy agradable

Location was excellent staff helpful and room and common areas clean. The hotel had juxtaposed an older mission style home with modern room decor. It did not have air conditioning and while they provided a fan in the room it was quite warm when trying to sleep. Not a deal breaker but if you need a cool room to sleep worth thinking about.

Utopic is stunning. It used to be a mansion owned by a wealthy family. It was beautifully converted into a boutique hotel located in the neighborhood of Polanco, a wonderful area of Mexico City. The facade and the interior are gorgeous. The personal was friendly and professional. We recommend it highly!
