住宿地點佳房間大，CP值高

房間內裝陳舊狹窄，床鋪偏硬，浴室馬桶洗手台都同一間設備老舊連吊浴巾的掛鉤都沒有，腳踏墊用的是褐色的茶巾髒也看不出來，停車場的招牌破損沒更新停在斜坡考驗駕駛人技術，早餐還算簡單美味就是清粥小菜再加上當地特產炒高麗菜和櫛瓜，SPA池周邊磁磚未刷洗摸起來滑滑的，水面還會浮有皮膚的仙，春節期間一晚四人房要4000多元。

環境不錯！因為老牌子飯店隔音不好！

房門隔音效果不好，房門下方的門縫太大，走廊的光線都會照進來。

Decent but not fantastic. Very basic chinese breakfast. Spa pool is clean decent, but no temperature sensors to determine how hot the water is.

溫泉池開放時間太短 一天只有下午兩點到九點。 大大失望。

早期台灣飯店的設施與樣子 談不上豪華舒適但是過夜休息絕對足夠

The worst part of the stay was the bed…it was rock hard. Also, shower head is far too low and now shower curtain makes for difficult time and water everywhere. Otherwise, not a bad place to stay.

適合安排在旅途最後一天，藉由泡湯紓解前幾天的疲勞，附近沒什麼好逛，主要是為了泡湯而來，房間內有私人湯池，床偏硬。

非常棒的一次家庭旅遊! 東埔溫泉區的水質清澈，飯店房間的大浴缸泡氣來非常舒服，地下樓層B2的SPA區也令人驚喜連連! 孩子玩得很開心

有溫泉的浴室感覺很棒

房間內部清潔還可以，浴室的浴缸還不錯，很好泡溫泉，因爲平日去的所以大眾溫泉池沒什麼人，等於包場，早餐很爛，明明說7:30開始用餐，人沒有很多，7:30多去的時候高麗菜也沒有了，，咖啡也沒有了，都沒補上來，真的很差。

Great service, nice people, free parking, hot water for tea, close to the hiking pathway.

We are very satisfied with this stay.

This could be a big risk if someone falls down. Bathroom binder is bent and cannot close. And the room is really dirty. Checked in at 4:00pm and was told the public spa won't be open until 7:00pm because of cleaning.
