The hotel was lovely. The rooms are actually suites with a generous living room, large, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, nice bathroom and bedroom. Great views of Nairobi from large windows. Hotel restaurant was excellent with delicious, high quality food and service. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the huge apartment with kitchen. For a family of five it was a perfect stay! All of the staff were welcoming and friendly for the entire time!

The environment

It was great. My main two issues were some annoying light flickering (seemed like a fire alarm) above my bed. I have experienced this a couple of times now. And for this stay, there must’ve been some construction that started perhaps around 8am. That woke me up. But overall, it was a great stay, and I suppose if construction has to be done, 8am is a fair time. I was just jet lagged. Server, Becky was great, and their bartender, Collins was great as well!

The apartments and facilities were beautiful. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel/apartment.

The neighbourhood felt pretty safe, quiet, and had a few malls and restaurants nearby. Our friends living in Nairobi recommended it. The service was ok. The room was large and had all the amenities you would need.

Recently stayed at Somerset Westview Nairobi and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The food was great. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.
