Locate on a busy street close to the tourist district. Rooms are clean and spacious with all needed amenities. Note that there is no bathroom proper and the sink is in your room. A novel concept. Breakfast is fine. Reception desk is more "American business" type than the typical Portuguese friendliness and helpfullness one finds travelling across Portugal.

Property is close to main attractions. Our Room was on the main floor and very dark. The floor was sticky which we mentioned to front desk but they did not have anyone available to check that as after 5pm.

Decent hotel, good location.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions about the hotel and the area. The breakfast was also very good and very reasonably priced. My only concern is the room had poor lighting for the vanity area. Otherwise, great place to stay. Location was excellent. Close to one of the main churches and to Rua da Flores, one of the main tourist streets.

Despite the european wide power cut, the staff were very helpful to ensure we could get access to our rooms and provide facilities, where possible. Staff friendly.

The staff were amazing, from the moment I checked in until the moment I check out they went out of their way to make me feel taken care of and that they were happy to have me staying at the hotel. Beautiful location by the cathedral, close to the train, the bridge and shopping.

My room was very dark, I had trouble seeing the labels on bottles in the shower. Otherwise my room was lovely. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant.

This hotel was decent. The property was noticeably older and there were some issues with minor things like water draining slowly in the shower, the metal was rubbed off on the sink handles, the floors were sticky and very hard.
