This was our 2nd stay at this motel. It was very comfortable and the price was right. Our only issue was the A/C. The filter hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Once this was brought to staff attention the filter was cleaned. We definitely recommend if you're on a budget.

Clean. Quiet. New, comfortable beds with first-class sheets and pillows. Shower was piping hot with good water pressure. Everything worked well. The owners clearly care about the place. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

The charm of it all was lovely

This is our second stay with Sage N Sand and it's a quaint little motel. The rooms with the FULL kitchen is fabulous, just needs a few other amenities included in the kitchen. There is dish soap but not a wash rag. There are plates and silverware but no paper towels. If you are staying for 1 night, you really don't want to buy these items. One other thing the motel could use is a hairdryer. Most hotels/motels have them now so many do not travel with them. Is this enough for us to not stay here again, no, but it would be nice if these things were taken into consideration

This is an older property but has been renovated and the rooms are clean. The staff is very nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and looked recently remodeled and had everything we needed. The owner was kind and helpful. Close to restaurants and not too far off the highway. Highly recommend giving this place a try!!

Very clean, manager was on site and very attentive and concerned with ensuring a pleasant stay. I would suggest this motel for anyone traveling to or through Moses Lake. Close to many restaurants and stores. Room was very comfortable.

Great clean room! Great area close to many things,

Most things were fine, however the shower was terrible. Lots of calcification on the shower head and water was shooting out the back of the shower head. Also the main LED light burned out during my stay.

This is definitely not a great hotel. More like a no tell motel. The "black out" curtains weren't black out, the bathroom was small and not well maintained, the bed was not comfortable, and the staff couldn't be bothered. I choose this hotel based on the rating. I was very disappointed.
