We came to Lisbon for a couple of days. Decided to stay at Vincci Alfama. An easy description: Great hotel, great location, great service, great breakfast. No more comments needed really😊

My wife was coughing and I’ll the entire stay. We found out as we were leaving the hotel had a problem with mold. They should have told us when we asked if there was a reason she had so many allergies and the cough

If you are looking for a hideaway in the old town of Lisbon, I strongly recommend this hotel. The location, facilities, and hospitality (even the hospitalities of the restaurants & people around) consist the welcoming ambience of Alfama.

Facility is spotless and well-maintained. Most importantly, the staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. Would highly recommend the property to anyone. Especially, with the current staff.

This hotel is fantastic, it exceeded our expectations in wvery possible way. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast is a real highlight. The area is very authentic, with lots of alleyways to explore, with wother a Fado Bar or Restaurant around each corner. We will definitely be returning to this hotel, thank you all for making this a memorable trip.

The staff at this hotel make it exceptional. They are most welcoming and helpful with anything questions or requests. The breakfast was outstanding! The room was also very beautiful. With only a small number of rooms, it made it very much have a boutique feel. We would definitely stay there again.

My stay at Vicinni Alfama was truly wonderful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The breakfast was exceptional one of the best I’ve had offering a fantastic buffet selection along with hot dishes cooked to your preference. The only minor downside was that my room was located near reception, and sound from the common areas occasionally filtered through, making it challenging to get a full night’s rest at times. If you’re a light sleeper or have difficulty sleeping, I recommend requesting a room on one of the upper floors for a quieter experience. That being said, this was a small issue compared to the overall experience, which was excellent. I would still highly recommend this lovely place, and I am grateful for the fantastic hospitality!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel,sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.An ruhiger Seitenstrasse. Sehr netter Empfang,Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. sehr zu empfehlen.Gerne komme ich wieder.

We had a great experience at the Vincci Alfama. Rooms were clean, the whole staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast options and I was surprised by the free amenities. I left my blower and fortunately the room had one. Around the hotel there were a couple of restaurants and even more within 5 minutes or so. We felt very safe walking around.

The property is a little gem, tucked away from the most heavily touristed areas despite being located squarely in the Alfama district. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and staff have excellent restaurant recommendations. There is even a small laundromat a few steps away. A very pleasant stay.

Alfama was a great choice for stay in Lisbon. Being close to everything we wanted to see but also quiet enough to have restful sleeps after a long day of exploring the city and it’s surrounds.

The property was beautifully presented. All areas were lovely and comfortable. Rooms were modern, comfortable and very well kept. Staff were very, very helpful and informative. Breakfast was superb. Staff arranged our transport for arrival and departure and it ran like clockwork. Saved us a lot of stress. We loved it! Well done Vincci and all your staff!

Amamos tudo, desde o excelente atendimento de toda a equipe do hotel, até a qualidade sem falha do quarto, o tamanho e o conforto da cama, a modernidade dos equipamentos e as cortesias a disposição. E como não mencionar o fabuloso café da manhã onde a diversidade, a qualidade e a quantidade dos produtos servidos encantaram nossos olhos. Com certeza, voltaremos. Alfama에 위치한 매력적인 호텔입니다. 청결하고 서비스도 좋고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 차량이 호텔 50m 앞까지만 들어올 수 있지만 Bolt를 부르는데 어려움은 없었습니다. 4인 가족이라 2개의 방을 예약했는데, 가족 모두 매우 만족하였습니다. 리스본 여행 계획 있는 분에게 반드시 추천하고 싶은 호텔입니다.
