Would highly recommend

This was a great choice for me and my family. This property is a private, exclusive golf club which makes it very safe. There are multiple check points to pass through and security guards patrolling the area at night. You will need transportation to get to the nearest town to do some exploring, restaurants and excursions but that was ok with me. I did not want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Sosua or Cabarete. You can always get a cab if you don’t have a car. We arrived three hours before check in and Esther, who greeted us. got us all beach towels and drove us to the beach which was about a 3-4 minute golf cart drive. We could have walked as well. Esther was very helpful and friendly. We asked for recommendations to and ATV and catamaran excursion company and we were given the contact information of a great source. We had a great time. The room is surprisingly very well equipped with everything you need. A full sized fridge, a stove, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies and the best of all, a washer and dryer which came in handy after our ATV excursion. Room was very clean. The property has several good restaurants too.

It is nice clean apartment. You will definitely need a rental car or at golf cart because everything is far. Definitely not walkable to any restaurant. Most restaurants is good but pricey

Love everything about this place !

We come to Puerto Plata every year. We have stayed at many other properties before and this rental was AMAZING! We will now be coming back here yearly for the lengths of our stays. It has brand new beds, pillows, AC, very clean kitchenette with ikea dishes & cutlery and the bathrooms are so nice, and with hot water! There was a patio off our suite where we had coffee every morning & would walk to the beach to sit in the sun. The beach is the nicest on the strip. We have been to Marien, Iberostar, Gran Ventana and one other along the strip and Xeliter Golf One was the nicest we have been on. Very clean, the water blue with no trash or sea grass. The staff understand english well which helps with communication during your stay. The insuite laundry was a bonus as well! Brand new washer and dryer which isnt common in puerto plata. I highly recommend this place for all of your accommodations, it truly was the best we have had. My spouse is also from Puerto Plata & he agrees!

I had an unfortunate experience in Green one. The studio had a strong odor that made me sick. They said it was because of the extermination that took place outside of the property for mosquitoes. Then, they moved me to another studio, which wasn’t cleaned (found a women’s hair on the pillow) and had an odor effect which the manager explained to me the next day that it is due to the humidity of the rain. The odor smell got better next day, especially when they cleaned the whole studio per my request. Also, the door handle of the balcony was loose and had maintenance to get it fixed. They showed me a 1 bedroom apartment per my request (which had no odor), but wanted more money for just a short period of time, which I refused. Overall, my experience was not great and concierge was horrible. They were unreasonable, unreliable, careless and did not take the matter too seriously. By the way, the cab they sent me for pickup (at the pickup location) was horrible. The cab driver was extremely rude and wanted me to pay for his service knowing he arrived late and I had taken an uber.

This was a nice place to stay, the staff helped me order food for delivery, arranged vehicle arrangement to drop me off at the cruise port

Súper agradable la estadía en el apto 4202, muy bien amueblado y dotado, la vigilancia 10/10, el personal muy amable, los restaurantes dentro de Playa Dorada son buenos, recomiendo Mikasa, Passatore, La Fiamma, Brassero… volveré en otra oportunidad

Most of the Staff rarely speak englisch. These Are all friendly and willing to support a guest, but it is hard to communicate.

The customer services more than i expected the rooms clean and prices are good. I highly recommend Green One. I've been coming to the Dominican for 20 years .

The place I stood was cozy perfect

Fantastic place to stay in Puerto Plata area. We stayed four nights in Studio which was very nicely decorated, well equipped small kitchen. WiFi was fast enough, air conditioning was super quiet and made our stay very comfortable. One of the cleanest hotel anywhere and staff was great. Thanks Xeliter Team for your hospitality!

I absolutely loved Green One, I loved everything about it from the grounds (renovating- modernizing), to the restaurants on the beach! I wish I could buy a property here!
