Super friendly staff, Easy check in, nice rooms. Only issue was i couldnt hook the TV to stream from my phone (could be user error)

Very clean and comfortable room, very close to the train station (not even 30 mins from downtown Vancouver) with good restaurant options and amenities around the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Near airport, clean room.

Really happy we were allowed to check in 4 hours early! The ensuite is out of this world—spectacular shower, so spacious, great lighting options! Unique decor. Room was clean and bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The area is developing so there’s quite a bit of noise and construction outside but it’s quiet enough at night. Courteous staff, especially our airport shuttle driver, and a really nice restaurant with attentive service at dinner (Bruno). We particularly loved the multitude of single gender neutral bathrooms on the second floor! Definitely a great hotel.

Nice bathroom! Room is so tiny!

Located close to the airport. Convenient shuttle service. Clean rooms with all the amenities. Appreciated the soaker tub very much and the rainfall shower. Small gym but had everything you needed to get a work out in during vacation. Pool was warm despite it being cold outside. Bar tender Michael was amazing- so friendly and personable. Only downside is that there was an unpleasant smell walking into the hotel lobby that lingered and never disappeared.

Hotel.is not a hotel but home...setting. The breakfast staff service is not great.. staff do not know how to serve paying customers. Disappointed.

Close to airport and nice rooms

Clean and attractive rooms, very nice outdoor pool and hot tub that are heated. We really enjoyed our visit and will stay again.

The Staff at Versante were super nice and helpful. The Valet parking was fast and easy. Love the design of the rooms. One of the nicest boutique hotels I have stayed in.
