Excellent housekeeping

Everything seemed brand new and spotless. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We had breakfast in the Bruno restaurant and loved the food and the service. We will definitely be back!

Great rooms, great service, great restaurant. Our room was so fabulous, very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower and tub were perfect after a long day. Front desk crew (both evening and morning) were super kind and helpful.

Nice hotel but shouldn’t be rated as a 5-star. Don’t be fooled by that designation. The service and amenities were good but not above and beyond like you would expect at a 5-star. However, it was very nice and comfy and the price was right…so if you wonder why you can get a luxury 5-star hotel at this rate, it’s because it’s really just on the cusp of that rating.

Amazing service

The Versante is a lovely hotel. The staff is very nice and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite on the top floor. It’s nice to have a good restaurant (Bruno’s) onsite, and there were other restaurants within walking distance. The airport shuttle is a Mercedes. Nice luxury touch.

The pillow and comforter can be improved. The air filter of the room should be checked as a layer of dust found on the cellar phone after a night. The small room design should be refined as the air vent just directly blow at the sleeping bed head.

We enjoyed the size and amenities of the room. The only thing that we did not expect was the lack of barrier (door, curtain) to the bathroom.

This hotel is, despite what many reviews state, not 5 star. I had a 2 night stay in an icon room. Checking in the reception reminds me of a sterile office block. The reception desks are so big and high you can’t see the person checking You in and have to go round the desk to talk to them. I arrived later at night around 11, with no access to room service of refreshments. They have a carafe of water in the room. It’s uncovered which is kind of gross. Really disappointing after a long travel day. They’ve gone full on gimmicks with the room layout, bed is in the middle of the room looking out over the train tracks, parking lots and reminds you just how sketchy an area you’re in. The tv is gigantic and on the wall to one side of the bed so right in your face and you can’t sit in bed comfortably to watch tv. There is no desk in the room just a console below the tv so no where to work or eat. If you’re here for business this isn’t the room for you. The room was excessively hot 23.5 on arrival. The heating cooling fan is obnoxiously loud. Had lunch from the restaurant which was good food and coffee. They failed to apply the food voucher to my lunch. Apparently it’s not an automatic thing? Likely I didn’t hear them properly when I checked in. I suspect the room type I was in is likely the smaller/worst category which I didn’t expect. given the reviews I read prior to booking I was really disappointed. I wouldn’t stay here again. There are far better options in this price point

Very nice hotel! Well maintained with excellent in room amenities like great light technology and lots of places to charge your devices. Also the staff is very well trained and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
