Beautiful surroundings, gardens.

The best part was the staff. They are very friendly and service minded and we felt very welcome. They will assist you with bookings, questions and more. We got a room situated far away from the reception which was great as it was very peaceful and quiet. The room was nice and functional for a family of three. The patio / terrace in front provided extra space and we spent quite some time there enjoying the garden view. The pool is not heated, which made it too cold for us, but it must be great in the other seasons where the temperatures are higher. The resort is full of interesting things to do, see and explore and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to visit. We ate several times at the restaurant in the Desert Hotel and it was great value for the money. To give the hotel 5 stars we would have loved to have had an extra chair in the patio already at arrival, a better guidance on which trips to choose before arrival and that little extra service, that you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

We loved staying here! The rooms were a nice size and the beds were so comfy. We enjoyed the pool and the grassy space and everything we needed was in easy walking distance.

Small room, lack of amenities, no coffee maker, old furniture, extreme príde.

It was fine for the limited accomodation options. Our room missed being serviced one day and our bins was overflowing and we ran out of cups, mugs and spoons as we had 4 people to a room, next day they took hand towels and floor mats and didn’t replace them.

El hotel está muy bien , y los cuartos tienen lo que necesitas , los alimentos son muy buenos en los Dos restaurantes , solo tuvimos un inconveniente el día de hoy que. Pedimos un vaso desechable para café y nos los aventaron

The hotel is perfectly located & the room was spacious. The bathroom is a little tired and the shower could do with updating as there was rust in places making it feel in need of a good scrub. This is all secondary to being in this wonderful location though.

Our stay was very good. However as we had booked both sunrise tours, we felt it necessary to bring food with us. So we purchased a toaster, disposable plates and cutlery, milk, bread, cereal etc for breakfast and brought it with us on the transfer bus from ASP. The cost of the things we brought was actually cheaper than one $50.00 breakfast at the hotel which we couldn’t have anyway as the bus picks up the sunrise tour guests at 05:55, long before the dining room opens for breakfast.

It was good enough. I understand we are in the middle of nowhere but it just was a little lack lustre for the price. I also believe the food outlets could be improved. make sure you book restaurants in advance to ensure you can get in somewhere to eat.

Everything in Yularu is in one area making it convenient for our stay.

Staying in adjoining rooms was so helpful in assisting my daughter and grand-daughter (5) yrs). Both had birthdays during our stay and we all had a really lovely time. Our rooms were quiet and overlooked the pool, beautiful weather though too cold for a swim. The restaurant staff were helpful and we were able to join two tours, one evening and the other to see the sun rise. Will look forward to visiting again and will watch with interest to see if new owners make any changes. Thank you to all staff members.

Fantastic experiences offered

Locations is Great,staff is kindly and work fast, room is clean , amenities should be more than that..bed is too soft, pillow is great .

It would have been nice if there was a coffee shop or cafe open 5:00 am or thereabouts either at the hotel or in the resort somewhere for the guests leaving the hotel early for the sunrise viewing. Daily towel changes are not really necessary considering the environment. A sign outside the door to request a towel change would be good.

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and good sized bathroom. We definitely would stay there again.

Parking was close and easily accessible. The hotel lobby was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately, from there, the situation deteriorated dramatically. We were located in a unit that was quite far away, and the path was very convoluted and poorly marked. As the day ended, the path became treacherously difficult to negotiate, especially for an elderly family member. This was largely due to the lack of lighting in the pathways that we had to travel to reach our unit. To my chagrin, paths that led to other units were well lit. The room was adequate, but given the premium rate, I expected better. Also, the ceiling design of the room had a recessed perimeter around the room that seemed to be a refuge for the many insects found in Ularu.

Great place to stay staff were fantastic all ways ready to help. The restaurant and food were excellent and again the staff were exceptional.
